I am the owner of a green cleaning service serving the New York City area.

We needed a website design, branding and SEO package to create a new website and branding for our company.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a nice looking professional site where our clients could book our services online. We hoped to have people contact us and book our services easily.

How did you select this vendor?

We found UltraMod by searching for local designers. We considered three companies. We found that Mary at UltraMod was knowledgable and helpful and made us feel that our desires for our site could be created. We decided as a team, myself and my sales team to go with UltraMod.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we approved the proposal, we paid a 25% deposit. Once payment was received we were given a login to UltraMod's client portal where were were able to keep an eye on the phases of our project. We were asked questions about our goals and design desires, and from there we got our first design layout which we were able to critique, which lead to a second round of changes. We needed a way for our clients to book online as well as onpage SEO and digital marketing integration and the integrations for that came after the design was finalized.

What was the team composition?

Mary the owner was directly involved in the sales and digital design process. Specialists were brought in for other things like development and copy writing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got an amazing amount of traffic and specific calls for our services due to our working with UltraMod. They exceeded our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work flow from UltraMod was very organized and methodical, and they were able to stay on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mary's background in the fashion industry gives her an eye for the beautiful aesthetic we were looking for. This sets them apart from many middle of the road designers who create the same site for everyone. Ours was really unique and exactly what we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We could have used a little more explanation as to how we should have gotten the info that we were expected to turn in on our end. We did realize that we needed to turn in information in a timely manner, and our job would have gone more quickly if we could have turn info in more quickly.
