Eastern Peak leverages Ubertesters' crowdtesting platform to conduct comprehensive functional, localization, and usability testing on our client-developed mobile and web applications before launch

Key Deliverables:

• In-depth bug identification and reporting: Ubertesters facilitates the discovery and reporting of software bugs across various functionalities, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Real-world user feedback: Their diverse, world-wide pool of testers provides valuable insights into user interaction with the application, helping us identify potential usability issues and optimize the interface for optimal user adoption.
• Software stability over diverse environments: Ubertesters are using their vast amount of testers all over the world, holding a huge amount of devices and operating systems. This lets us find issues that otherwise will only be found in the production environment.
• Real-time Monitoring and Management: (1) Use of Ubertesters’ transparent platform for real-time management and monitoring of the testing process. (2) Assignment of a dedicated project manager from Ubertesters to facilitate efficient communication and coordination
• Test case execution and results: Ubertesters helps us to create and execute customized test cases, delivering detailed reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.

For each project, Ubertesters assigns a professional project manager, along with a community manager, responsible for locating the best fitted testers and testing devices. All tests were done on time and within budget with excellent results - many bugs were found that could have never  been found using tranditional QA processes in the lab. Ubertesters employees are very flexible. 
We could easily approach anyone in the company from the project manager to Ubertesters CEO. Their service is superb with a lot of attention to details. Their home-grown management platform is very advanced and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company understands that each customer has its own specific requirements, and tailors the solutions to these needs. For example, in one of our products we had to test some very specific payments systems, used in far-eastern countries. Ubertesters targetted and found very quickly a group of testers from these countries that could use these specific payment methods. 
After just a couple of days the test was done and all results were presented to us in a consice manner, so we could launch the product with confidence.
