I am the owner of a boutique clothing company in Connecticut. I design custom clothing and sell to various types of clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire U Visibility, and what were your goals?

The main reason I hired U Visibility was for the search engine optimization service. I saw that on the search engines my website was not showing within the first 3 pages. This was frustrating because my competitors were outranking me for very important keyword phrases. My goal was to get higher rankings and generate more sales.

How did you select U Visibility and what were the deciding factors?

I performed a few searches online and U Visibility kept showing as the top company. I looked over their testimonials from their clients and even called a few to verify. I was satisfied with what I heard, so I decided to send an inquiry.

It was a thorough process because my budget was limited. I did not want to waste my time. The other thing that stood out to me was that they are accredited by the BBB and won a few awards.

I received a call from a project manager. He performed a full audit on my website, then setup a phone consultation. I was really impressed with their findings and plan to help me gain better visibility with my brand.

Once I decided to become their client and accept the agreement, my full website structure was updated, optimized for the target keyword phrases, and they began the link building process.

The entire process was hand free. I felt at peace and trusted them. At the end of each month I received reports showing backlinks earned, keyword rankings across the search engines, and commentary showing the full direction of everything.

In total 2 people worked with me. It was the company owner and a project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In total there were 45 keyword phrases targeted for my campaign. So far I have seen improvements for 32 of them. My website is listed between pages 1 and 2. Also the number of backlinks has increased greatly.

When I first started I had just a few from random websites. My expectations were met completely. Also my campaign is still currently running.

From what I noticed, their project management style is very good. The deliverables were given to me on time, and all of my questions were always answered thoroughly. I did not have a portal to log in. They sent me reports each month directly to my email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing I found with U Visibility is their communication. I felt as though my website was priority over everything else. When I called or sent an email inquiry, they treated it urgently. I also really loved that the owner would reach out and provide me with updates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked to have access to a portal with all of my items. I like the efficiency of the company, but I feel a portal with a login would help even further.

We needed a full website re-design, and also search engine optimization services as well. I did not realize that our rankings on Google and Yahoo were very low, and I really needed the help to beat competitors in our local space. Our original website was a few years old and seemed pretty outdated.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals for the project were increased website speed, on-site optimization for important competitive keyword phrases, a fresh new website layout, and improved rankings to capture targeted traffic.

I asked a few colleagues and did some research on Google. One person suggested U Visibility and I decided to give them a call. I really liked what they had to say, and they seemed pretty knowledgeable in regards to internet marketing.

Describe the project in detail.

I had a chance to speak with the owner, Donald, directly. I sent him our company details and website address. He and his team spent a few days putting together their plan and he described everything to me in detail. The timeline seemed pretty reasonable as well as the costs involved.

What was the team composition?

I mainly dealt with Donald. He told me since their team is small he likes to deal with clients directly. I took comfort in that because I felt like I was really important. Sometimes I was in contact with another member of the team, but Donald mainly spoke to me throughout the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A short time after the website was complete, my own clients noticed and sent compliments. I did almost immediately get a few more inquiries for my services from new people.

As far as rankings on Google, there were really good improvements after each month. Donald explained that search engine optimization and content marketing take time to reflect across the internet. After about 4 months I saw more traffic coming through to our website. I was really excited to get new clients and grow my business further.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In my opinion, it was highly effective. I did not experience any delays, and the team at U Visibility was highly transparent. I was never left in the dark, and everything was explained to me in full detail.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication and strategy are what really impressed me. They were honest and direct in their approach. Like I said earlier, I felt as if I really mattered to them. Having the owner call me directly felt really good.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Well, the only thing I would really suggest to them would be to let clients have a little more input into their website makeover. I love what they had done, but I would have loved to be able to add more as to what I wanted. Otherwise, things were done efficiently.
