What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a definite increase in traffic and click-throughs on our website as a result of the work that they did. A lot of our customer feedback on the branding has been very positive, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
One aspect that I think particularly speaks to the quality of the engagement is that we are looking to pursue more work with their team. One of their copywriters has helped us with a lot of the specific designs for their content, and we are definitely going to continue to work with him to accomplish that with other content projects.
How did TWO Design perform from a project management standpoint?
I think they did a very good job with project management. They used a variety of Google Suite tools, as well as Trello, to keep in consistent contact with us throughout the engagement.
What did you find most impressive about them?
As a team, they really understood where we were coming from. Their aesthetic sense and professional approach really helped us bring our ideas and materials to life.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s always room for improvement, but I don’t think I could pinpoint anything specific that they need to change.

My advice for any client engagement would be to stay as actively engaged and communicative with their team as possible.
