What challenge were you trying to address with Turbo Digital Marketing?

I used to work with other marketing companies that promised a lot of results for a lot of money and I didn’t see the results that were promised. I was looking for a new partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our website and continue to maintain it. They’re also doing the SEO and marketing. They focused on organic SEO. 

They built another website as well.

How did you come to work with Turbo Digital Marketing?

They were recommended by a friend of mine. I told him I had been burned by a lot of companies and I didn’t want to have that happen again. We did some demos before I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $5,000–$10,000. I pay $3,000/month for maintenance.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After I started working with them, calls increased, my reviews were better, and my business became a lot more successful. I like their service. I’ve increased my profit by about 207%. They keep their promises. In 1 ½ months, we went from being on the 100+ page of Google to being on the 7th. Now I’m already on the first page. I feel I’m in good hands.

How did Turbo Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They send me reports of everything they do by email. We also use Zoom to communicate. They explain how everything works. If I need to call them about my website, they answer right away. If they’re busy, they send a message that they’re busy, but they always call back as soon as they’re finished. They’re very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Marketing is very hard and there’s a lot of competition. I followed every step they told me and it’s been successful. I listen to them. I started with one technician and now I have five and there’s another in training. I’m growing as a result of their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything bad to say. I have everything I need. They’re amazing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Listen to their ideas. They don’t try to promote themselves but promote you as a company. In the beginning, I had a hard time listening because I’m a stubborn person. I wanted everything to go my way. My way didn’t work all the time and I decided to be open-minded and listen to them.
