What challenge were you trying to address with Tulumi Digital Marketing?

We knew a lot of business was coming from our website, Google, and Facebook. I’ve been told that my SEO needed help because I wasn't showing up prominently.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, Tulumi worked on our keywords by increasing the number of words people could find us by through a search. They made efforts to keep us relevant on Google so our placement could be high in search results. Their team also rebuilt my website from scratch using WordPress.

They took over our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, handling all of our posts and advertising. Collaboratively, we handled my restaurant’s responses to reviews; with Tulumi taking some and I handling the others. They also completely redesigned our menu and added pictures next to all the menu items.

Our engagement was from November 2019–October 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received a lot more traffic because of the deliverables. Tulumi always showed me my analytics and the graphs showed there were a lot of people finding us on searches. Business was really good, even with the pandemic. Our sales were up by 25% because of our delivery services. Tulumi put a lot of personalized work into this engagement; I really appreciated it. They helped me out more than what we outlined in the scope.

How did Tulumi Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Tulumi kept me informed throughout the process. They checked the ads by me before sending them out and always made sure I was satisfied. They were very hands-on. We communicated through text messages, phone calls, and in-person interactions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I actually saw results from Tulumi’s work. With other providers, they’d disappear after I paid them. Tulumi went above and beyond to help me with my menu and old website; things that made a big difference. They did much more than they were supposed to.

No, I have no complaints.

Tulumi is extremely flexible and relaxed. If I wasn’t happy, they'd reassure me. They were confident that they could help me and it was true.

I’m the president and CEO of Garden Grocer Inc. We’re an online grocery delivery company. We deliver groceries to people who are on vacation in the Orlando area.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tulumi Digital Marketing?

We were hoping to increase our traffic through social media, SEO, and PPC. However, just as we got started, the pandemic hit. That really changed a lot of things for us. We decided to figure out a way to spin our company into doing home delivery during the pandemic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We contracted them to redesign our website. We didn’t have a checkout process for deliveries within certain geographical areas. Originally, it was just around hotels in Orlando. They totally revamped our checkout process.

Then, we rearranged our PPC marketing and Google Ads. Tulumi helped implement an SEO strategy that’d allow us to focus on the opposite strategy of what we had. Their team refocused our social media strategy as well. The deliverables were a new strategy for all of these digital marketing efforts.

They’re a local company and a small business. I had seen some of their social media ads. I checked out other companies but selected Tulumi because of the depth of what they could do. It was clear they could work in a quick turnaround as well.

We invested about $16,000.

The engagement was from April–July 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were getting approximately 20,000 visitors to our website through our analytics programs. We flipped it back in July because we weren’t able to make as many sales as we would’ve liked. This is not Tulumi’s fault. They did a great job of getting us clicks and traffic. Our problem was that we didn’t get a lot of business because our prices were so high.

How did Tulumi Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was great. I liked that I worked directly with Deb and that she took care of everything. I didn’t have to go through five or six people to get something done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The speed and quality of their work are excellent. The web page designs and elements were very nice; they fit into our current structure. Communication was great, and the price was within our budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. They did everything they could to turn my business around within two weeks.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is critical. Make sure your correspondence with them is flawless and clear. I’d definitely recommend them.
