What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In addition to their quality work, we value Tudip’s ability to maintain the enthusiasm and attention to detail that they possessed at the start of our partnership. Furthermore, there have been no major recalls or bugs that required point release to fix because we found it too late. The influx of bugs is continuous, but we can rely on Tudip to find and fix each one. I've been working in this industry for over a decade, and have also worked with many outsourcing companies, and I haven't been able to find a group that offered a better price, quality, commitment, and service.
How did Tudip Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Not only are they communicative, but they make sure their reports can be understood by all members of my team, not just me or others working directly on the project. They realize not everyone is going to understand all tech-specific language, and they accommodate that need.
Our project manager is also receptive to feedback and willing to make immediate changes, when necessary.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve noticed that often, people on QA and data entry teams will start to lose their initial attention to detail, resulting in undetected bugs or product performance issues. We started working with Tudip on the majority of our outsourcing because their work has never given us reason to think they weren't dedicated to our projects. They continue to find bugs and make improvements we never considered.
If we have an urgent task or project, regardless of when we ask or when we need it completed, the Tudip team has always been able to complete it. In one instance, we happened to release a few days after Diwali, having not taken into account the Indian holidays. Nevertheless, we found a way to rotate enough people on the Tudip team so that they could celebrate the holiday, and we were still able to ship on time. They're accommodating, communicative, and their availability is greater than other developers I’ve worked with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. There is always room for improvement, no matter the person or field, but our partnership with Tudip is exactly what we want it to be. They exceed our expectations and work hard to find solutions.
Since I've worked in this field so long, I have a lot of experience giving feedback and know how to give helpful and clear directions. By now, the partnership is exactly what I want it to be.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very upfront and explain to your account manager what you need. If I need something and don't voice it, no one at Tudip knows, so it's a good idea to establish expectations and preferred methods of communication early in the process.
