I’m the COO of a nonprofit that serves to cultivate relationships between moms and tween daughters. We also have a component that focuses on father-son relationships. We organized live events before COVID-19 but have since transitioned to online events.

What challenge were you trying to address with True Productions?

We were using MailChimp at the time and knew that we needed to move to a much more automated marketing system. We brought them on to help us with that transition.

What was the scope of their involvement?

True Productions is helping us move over to Infusionsoft. It was a complicated process where we were using 4­–5 different softwares. We learned that they could take Infusionsoft and WooCommerce to consolidate our systems into one. We’re currently close to finishing up the first major overhaul, in terms of data migration. It’s been an incredibly collaborative process so far.

We’ve worked with our main point of contact, Teri (Project Manager), as well as Anthony (Principal) and Jonathan (Technical Designer).

How did you come to work with True Productions?

We connected through a longtime client of theirs. They sent us around 5 different references and learned a lot about their services.

We’ve spent over $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed up with them at the end of May 2020, and it’s an ongoing engagement.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been able to discontinue our use of three different softwares and plug-ins to date. Paying for both Infusionsoft and their services comes out to be an even swap. We’ve been able to work much more strategically and efficiently. They’ve consolidated our user journey into a condensed, intuitive one that doesn’t span multiple platforms.

How did True Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been incredible to work with. They don’t beat around the bush; they have no problem getting into difficult conversations. They don’t take anything personally — everything is about getting the work done and encouraging us to be as efficient as we can. They’re truly people of their word, and they’ve bent over backwards to make sure that we’re successful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They don’t ever say no; if you have a desire to do something, they’ll go out of their way to make it happen. They’re also astoundingly accessible and responsive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would’ve been good for them to spend a little more time scoping us out. It would’ve been amazing if they’d worked a little harder to understand our business more, before jumping into the projects with us. I think that would’ve given them a better understanding of how important these projects are to us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest and upfront. Take the time to really inform them about your business. I’d also encourage you to have a good handle on your branding so that they can really adhere to your style in their execution.

I am the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing at Econologics Financial Advisors, Inc based in Largo, FL.

We serve the needs of healthcare practice owners in verticals including dentistry, physical therapy, veterinary, optometry, chiropractic and functional medicine.

For what projects/services did your company hire True Productions, and what were your goals?

Our challenge is creating websites that address the three primary introductory services we offer our niche clients which include, financial planning services, financial training and advanced tax solutions - all with one brand, but interestingly different sites that convert qualified visitors to take action.

How did you select True Productions and what were the deciding factors?

I had originally chosen True Productions several years ago for membership and ecommerce website because I loved the fact that they were based in the US and had in-house designers that we could coordinate with in real time.

They exceeded our expectations. In early 2019, we chose a different company to create a site for a very special niche and it literally took us a year to finish and the site was sub-par at best.

TRUE PRODUCTIONS TO THE RESCUE! They saved that site and built two more for us this year already and our conversions are already leaps and bounds better!

They built us a Word Press site using iMember 360 and Infusionsoft plus AppointmentCore and using Vemeo videos.

They have a vast working knowledge of these products and their integration with each other and have helped us set up tracking for google analytics as well as our paid advertising tracking tools to help us convert more.

They understand marketing and have helped with creative ideas that have transformed our conversion results.

Primarily work with the project coordinator and head designer. I have also spoken with the owner in brainstorming sessions.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We literally had zero conversions from the original site with built with a competitor and then after True Productions saved our site and came up with some incredibly creative solutions to attract attention and get visitors to take action it improved 100%.

We are constantly making tweaks to improve performance and True Productions continues to be a valuable arm of our marketing team.

There is certainly no lack of communication from True Productions. Always keeping us apprised of progress and helping to clarify when needed.

They have a great system for managing expectations and keeping a project moving on track per timelines and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I truly feel like they work as a team to come up with the most creative solutions for our needs and they aren't shy of making recommendations when necessary even if it's outside the requested scope when they know it will produce a better result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think their proposals and monthly programs could use more adjustments to meet the needs of their customers.

I am the owner of a web-based digital curriculum provider. I also do live speaking around the country through the company.

My main goal with this project was to come up with an automated solution for my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team built a fully functional WordPress website, attached it to a CRM called Infusionsoft, and added a few plugins including iMember360, WooCommerce, and InfusedWoo. From there, they focused on seamlessly integrating that suite of resources so that I could have a website that was fast, secure, and completely automated for my clients making purchases.

What is the team composition?

I work with Antony (CEO) directly on a regular basis, as well as their graphics designer and a few other technical members of their team. Overall, their whole team of about eight employees has been involved in some way.

How did you come to work with True Productions?

My company was a customer of Infusionsoft and was looking to do an add on to that software. After some consulting with Infusionsoft, they sent me to one of their experts in the customizations I was looking for, which turned out to be True Productions. We started with a very small project and I was so impressed that I kept going back to them for everything from there on out.

The total cost of the work has been about $100,000 over the years.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started working together around December 2018 and have been partnering on a variety of different projects ever since.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main metrics that we consider are the speed of their team’s execution as well as their ability to follow up on what they say they can deliver. I continue to sell things digitally, pretty much without having to lift a finger, so it has really been a significant win for the business.

We’ve been able to successfully automate every aspect of the digital sales process, from customer acquisition and fulfillment, and they continue to improve the process and systems that they’ve put in place, so I am completely satisfied.

How did True Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams work extremely well together, and I’ve been able to develop a lot of trust in them over those years of partnership. We communicate regularly over the phone, email, text, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings every once in a while.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team has a truly unique ability to come up with fresh ideas and then pull them off successfully, which is not something you find in an outsourced partner very often.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really don’t have any complaints or things I wish they were doing any differently.

Come to the table with your part of the work done. In order to have a successful partnership, there is a lot of work that needs to happen on both sides. The more you provide them with on your side, in terms of content creation and planning, the more they will be able to build on top of that in systems and strategies to improve your business.

The website True Productions built for us contains high-quality content, a call to action, and loads fast on all device types including mobile devices. The after-launch support is also excellent with ongoing SEO strategy management. Our new website effectively represents our brand, engages visitors, and drives conversions and new leads.

One thing we found impressive was how True Productions worked together as a team. Led by Anthony each member of the team understood their role but also went above and beyond to help with the overall project adding comments or suggestions that helped us to an overall better result. You can't put a price on genuine partnership, care and concern.
