The measurable outcomes from the project included significant improvements in both organic and paid search performance.

We saw a noticeable increase in click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates due to optimized campaigns and keyword targeting.

The creative optimizations, such as improved images and A+ content, led to enhanced listing quality, which positively impacted customer engagement.

Trivium has been managing my PPC on Amazon for a while now. First of all, every single person I've interacted with at Trivium has been excellent. So that makes it an enjoyable experience in a community filled with fly by night services. 

I wanted the task of doing PPC off my hands as I wanted to focus on other things but also that I knew a dedicated team would do a better job, and they have. We are in daily communication, constantly improving, and adapting to the goals I want to hit at that time. 

I have advised many people to use Trivium if it makes sense for them at this point in their business. Once you're established, it's time to contact them, they'll do an audit, and then give you the run down.

There are a few metrics we are always working on. I get daily reports which outline the ACOS, TACOS, sales, spend, and more. We are constantly tweaking those depending on certain conditions but it's always based on what my current goals are.

Their replies are almost immediate, first they acknowledge my message, then they will actually address it and confirm what was done. So the experience from brand owner perspective is exceptional.

The work itself is top notch. They dial in my ads daily. Always on top of it. That's expected and they are excellent at it. But what's interesting is that because Trivium isn't just one person, an agent, etc. they have a whole team. There have been several cases where I had other issues in my business, reached out to them for guidance and they were able to help or at least offered. So it makes it feel like you have a whole team behind you.

No complaints whatsoever. Truly one of the few good examples in this Amazon/eCommerce industry.
