Some of our biggest projects are Magento e-commerce websites designed and developed for leading Croatian reatailers, Pevec and Emmezeta.
On top of that, we handle infrastructure in-house so there's no going back and forth if any kind of issue occurs - we just deal with it instantly.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of CRM development at Pevec Webshop, a technology retailer. We have 25 retail shops in our country.
What challenge were you trying to address with Trive?
We needed help with Magento development. Trive was firstly hired for our e-commerce website on a Magento 2 Commerce platform. After we launched it, Trive was contracted to be our exclusive development and maintenance partner. They were also hired to be our leading development company on projects such as PWA loyalty app, PIM, and many more.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our e-commerce with Magento 2, developing our loyalty app in February 2018. Now, we’re building the PDA mobile application to package for the Google Play Store.
Their work entailed ERP stock prices and data connection, integration with suppliers, click & collect functionality delivered on the product page with custom stock based on location, HUB3 bank transfer offers, cross-sale product page customization, one-step checkout installation, and modification to the company.
Recently, we've created a game with prizes for our users while they shop on our site. Our members can register online to participate in the game. Additionally, we created benefits and special offers for our loyalty members.
What is the team composition?
We collaborated with a group of three people but there was a team of 20 working on the project. That included purchase officers, a logistics manager, and a retail team. Each one helped when the help was needed, and we adapted from online to offline without slowing down our existing retail processes.
How did you come to work with Trive?
We collected offers for the PDA application, and Trive’s prices were more competitive. Points were gained based on quality and creative solutions, as well as a good price based on quality.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about €100,000 (approximately $111,000).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2017 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have 10,000 users for our application. We’re satisfied with the increase in users, as that was our overall goal for the project. Our website truly engaged our retail customers and increased ROPO. They were fast in determining the scope of the project and always looking for several solutions.
How did Trive perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through Slack, but they offer a live chat 24/7. Otherwise, we use email and phone calls to contact them. The scope of the project was planned well, but we wanted more functions and possibilities without changing the due date of the project. Trive worked hard and delivered.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The price is ideal for our company. No matter how crazy would be our idea to implement, Trive would come up with some solution. They offered in-house customizations or brought known solutions from a third-party vendor.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could be faster. Everything else is excellent, and I have no complaints. Due to bringing several heavy clients in recent years such as ourselves, due dates for the smaller projects tend to get a little extended.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They will do what you ask of them, offering projections to help you achieve your goals. Because of their experience in the field, their team often finds a better solution.

E-Commerce Development for Pillow Manufacturer
"Their ability to understand our needs and deliver on time and within budget stands out."

Please describe your company and your position there.
Protex and it's new brand Perina (ex. Perjara) manufactures and services pillows and duvets made from geese feathers. I'm the business owner.
For what projects/services did your company hire Trive?
I hired Trive to provide my business with a new online presence with e-commerce in the forefront. E-commerce store design and development but got a lot more with sound e-commerce advice that proved it's worth, yielding results I couldn't dream of in the beginning.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to present and sell our products on our own website rather than to use a third-party system like shoplift or big commerce.
How did you select this vendor?
That was not easy. I had to go through many vendors to finally realize this team can deliver since others have not shown interest in my business first. That's what I was going for. Also, I needed a team that can set up and develops on the Magento platform in order to have ownership and flexibility for the future.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The project consisted of creating the designs for the storefront and developing the site. They handled all things related to site set up before the launch and are maintaining it to this day.
What was the team composition?
They had one point of contact that handled all communication between me and the company with additional developers and designers creating their magic.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Since launch, my offline sales have increased immensely and YOY online sales also. We now are at the level where we need to expand the production capacity to meet the demand. Already decided to invest in a new production facility. The next step is opening the whole EU market so that's why we need a bigger factory and warehouse.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Pretty straightforward with daily communication and updates. That was the key since it was my first time having my e-commerce site built form me and I had to change things up a bit during the project.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their ability to understand our needs and deliver on time and within budget stands out. That was my biggest concern when starting my online adventure. Time and money is something we all have a limited amount of.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I didn't notice anything on my end that I would improve on further, but I would like them to improve in growth, to get bigger jobs so they can get even busier and make even more of them!
Resulting from the development work, the site is now used by over 10,000 consumers. That's led to increases in users and conversions over the platform. Streamlining their communications with collaboration tools like Slack, the team effectively managed the project.
