What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our paid search campaigns are cost efficient and driving more conversions than we’ve seen with other vendors. Our paid social campaigns have also show a significant improvement over our other PPC and AdWords initiatives.
How did Trigger Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re excellent. I’m a stickler for details, but I’m really happy with them. We do most of the project management on our side, but they’re very detail-oriented and get everything done within the timeline.
We primarily communicate via email and phone. We also have a media buying system and a really good dashboard. We white labeled their internal process for our own use. We store all our campaign metrics there and can go in and pull reports for our clients. We cycle through project management software, including Basecamp, Asana, and Trello, depending on the client.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They shine above other companies, especially in terms of customer service, responsiveness, and attention to detail. They’re really knowledgeable and we have a great reciprocal relationship.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing bad about our experience. They’re refreshingly candid and are more transparent than other vendors. I can only say good things about them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Put in the effort upfront and provide as much strategic input as possible. Share information, be communicative, and give your vendor the tools they need to deliver the best result.
