We are manufacture of Electrical Control Panels in India, which are used for various purposes in industries, founded in 1995. We are provider of PCC Panels, MCC Panels, APFC Panels, AC/DC Drive Panel, DG Syncronising Panel, AMF Panels etc. I am Ravinder Singh Rawat working as a IT Manager in Vidhyut Control India Pvt. Ltd.

What were your goals for this project?

Our industry is control panel manufacturing and lot of issue occur in handling manual working, so we decided to implement customized erp system to control manual working, less paper work, timely deliver drawing and GA to client, client management, comprehensive Bill of Material creation, easy costing, material management, PPC and MIS reporting.

We found lot of benefit after implement erp system in our company like paperless work, systematic work, reduce manpower and lot of more.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management is outstanding, low budget and interactive. Trigent infotech is good for custom software development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Low budget and high performance software delivery services.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For further improvement, i would like to implement Finance management module in our ERP system.

I m aDirector and technical adviser for this company manufacturing and exporting Jointing sheets. There are about 200 workmen work here and 24 *365 days working. The project on subject is to prepare the inventory control and PPC and complete planning for cost control digitally.

The existing staff to use the system was a real challenge therefore it was absolutely necessary to have a consultant like Trigent to understand the need and educate the user to make the ERP work

Our organisation is growing but the competitive. Hence having the cost control on our operation we wish to grow. Hence no increase in manpower but the put put must double in terms of operations

How did you select this vendor?

He has worked for carrying out the modifications in our other company running ERP.. We found him very interactive and aware about industry requirement.

Describe the project in detail.

He has develop all the required module for a manufacturing unit. In the project conceptual stage to working module. We are using more then 1600 items for our manufacturing and maintenance .

All items were categorised into requirement based and inventory levels. Through the developed system we are running from indenting, procurements and store and consumption control . Another module create the production planning and machine occupancy chart to schedule the product deliveries.

Architect programmer and software engineer team.

Our company has become system based not person based by having developed this and implementing

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially there were some problem to implement. But after working on initial problems in exchange of information, it was all smooth working. The only problem we have faced is delay in add ons or rectification work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Low budget and better interactive. This company is good for concept development.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Adopting accounts into our system would have been better.

After implementation of car rental software we are manage our daily and monthly billing on time, payment debit credit report is very useful for us, staff salary created very easily.

People are cooperative, behavior and laborious to learn and implement software as our business needs.

In future we want to develop flit management system in our existing software fro m trigent infotech side not any requirement of improvement.
