I am a facilitator at Do Pause Ltd., an online community where we connect users with mental health professionals.

What challenge were you trying to address with TRIFFID MARKETING PVT LTD?
I wanted to create a community, a mobile app, as well as a marketing strategy. We hired TRIFFID to do these things.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
TRIFFID first helped us establish our brand identity and company website. I wanted our site to be minimal with a black and white scheme, not templated, and touching on the health theme. They created mockups according to those specifics and sent them to me through Google Docs. Once I approved the design, they went on to develop the site from scratch. Their team also produced messaging that would highlight our company.
Following the development, TRIFFID created a social media marketing strategy that could attract people to subscribe to our website. They helped me create Facebook and Instagram ads, lead generation forms, and 7–10 weekly social media posts centered around people’s growing anxiety towards exams or COVID-19. I also relied on the team for the content of my brochure. We even collaborated on proposals to colleges where we could offer our services.

Right now, we are working with four people, including an accountant and a social media expert. We’re also in touch with TRIFFID’s management.
How did you come to work with TRIFFID MARKETING PVT LTD?
I was looking for people that could create brand awareness and a marketing plan targeted to a specific audience. I came across TRIFFID on Google and read their reviews on Clutch, so we considered them along with a few other providers.
I received a few proposals but they were mediocre compared to what TRIFFID submitted. I had a meeting with their founder over Zoom and decided to go with them since they offered something unique.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
TRIFFID has the ability to do in-depth research and creatively tell stories through their content. Our users love the freshness of their concepts and design. The team is also pretty agile and works immediately on any changes that I send their way.
How did TRIFFID MARKETING PVT LTD perform from a project management standpoint?
I would give them a perfect score in this aspect. They’ve consistently met deadlines, even when they’ve had to incorporate my suggested changes, and are great at following up or giving me reminders.
We use Google Hangouts and WhatsApp for quick chats. For more professional communications bigger tasks, we use email. They also have 2–3 people manning their internal tracking software.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like TRIFFID’s creativity and result-orientedness. They provide suggestions on what would and wouldn’t work for my company, and their honesty is something that I value a lot. Even before I signed up with them, they shared references that I could call — all of whom gave positive feedback about the team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could maybe offer more services like PR, print advertisement, and radio advertisement. Other than that, there’s nothing they can improve on.

They are great communicators and are always open to discuss strategies. Their SEO work is what I found most impressive about them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
From a client point of view, they are perfect. I’ve worked with other companies that I wasn’t happy with but there’s nothing that TRIFFID MARKETING PVT LTD needs to do better for us. The only thing is they should do their marketing services in other countries, as well.
