Brand Identity for Growfoods by Tribox Design
To provide every Filipino household a variety of meat and poultry products that are tasty, healthy, convenient, and affordable.

Adtokart Brand Identity
A Cebu's local marketplace
empowering small & local businesses .

The Green Table
The Tribox Design team worked closely with The Green Table’s founder, Mr. Neil Kho, to develop the new brand identity of his farm produce and products company. The Green Table was founded in 2017, a product of Green Collar Enterprise Philippines as part of their advocacy “Greening Business, Greening Life”.
The company is an e-commerce business that offers delivery service of fresh, natural, and locally grown fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, and other farm produce and products to consumers. Mr. Kho was one of the entrepreneurs whose other lines of businesses have been disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, prompting the need to find a more sustainable livelihood. The founder had decided to rebrand The Green Table to better project their vision – to ensure that every household has easy access to healthy food, and to support local farmers, the food security frontliners, who play a crucial part in our fight against this pandemic.
The team helped position The Green Table’s products and services and designed a professional and service-oriented brand identity to help stand out in the market. Part of the rebranding process is to go through a Discovery Workshop which includes defining their mission-vision and goals, understanding consumers’ demographic and psychographic profiles, identifying their market competitors, identifying their value propositions, establishing the only-ness and uniqueness of their products and services, defining their new voice and culture, and identifying their marketing channels.
For the new brand identity, the team reworked a few elements while retaining the chair and table outline of the old logo to stay true to The Green Table’s mission-vision and core values. The designers also added the negative space that forms the farmers’ hat, farmers’ hut, and farm landscape, increasing brand recognition and continuing the equity of the brand image.
The new brand identity symbolizes a connected community, particularly between farmers and consumers. Mr. Kho states, “There wouldn’t be a ‘green table’ without the farmers. The farm-to-table business has also provided livelihood opportunities to habal-habal or Angkas riders for its delivery service and the women’s community in Tabogon that produces eco-bags for The Green Table’s customers.” The team also came up with a secondary mark that is meant to be utilized for offline marketing collaterals. Tribox Design completed the project with a full Brand Identity System to effectively communicate The Green Table’s brand value to its target market. This includes a primary brand mark or logo design, secondary brand mark, color palette, typography, custom icons, and brand tone.
The Green Table: Made Easier & Healthier for You. They envisioned to be the first choice for healthy smoothies and locally produced fruits and vegetables while empowering local farmers to go beyond their capabilities.
Project Scope: Brand Strategy, Brand Positioning, Brand Messaging, Brand Audit, Brand Identity Design, Brand Development, Brand Guidelines, Label Design and Marketing Collaterals.

Branding & Logo Design for Jewelry Business
“I’m very satisfied with their branding work; they provided me with what I wanted.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a small jewelry business.
What challenge were you trying to address with Tribox Design?
I needed help with marketing and how to brand my company as an online business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tribox Design helped me with brand identity and how to portray my business. I provided them with the name, a mood board I wanted them to follow, and my business plan, including my mission and vision statement, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. The team worked around that information.
They defined a color scheme and designed the logo, giving me many JPEG files of it. The team designed our business cards and packaging. Tribox Design also provided us with mock-ups for marketing material and to preview what our Instagram feed could look like.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two people from Tribox Design; a designer and a brand strategist.
How did you come to work with Tribox Design?
I found them online, and since they had a nice website, I sent them an inquiry.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent about 50,000 Philippine pesos (approximately $900 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from The project lasted from January–March 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Tribox Design was good and very professional. I’m very satisfied with their branding work; they provided me with what I wanted. I haven’t launched the brand, so there aren’t any metrics yet.
How did Tribox Design perform from a project management standpoint?
They were good at meeting deadlines. They gave me the timeline and meeting dates when the engagement started, and they met everything unless I asked for additional work. If they needed an extension, they would notify me. We communicated through Fiverr. The only issue with communication was that all the meetings had to be done online, and I’m not a fan of virtual meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate that Tribox Design was a small team and very hands-on, making it easy to communicate with them faster.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they were good, and they got the job done.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would suggest you let them know if you have an idea. I didn’t give the team enough insight. Tribox Design provided us with many options, so I’d also advise you to ask for diversity in choices.

Branding for Food Startup Company

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-owner of a start-up food manufacturing business. Our goal is simple - bring the taste of home. We are determined to be the only food producer in the country that accords eating experience to another layer of purpose.
The mode of our work is to provide modern Filipinos who want to incorporate culture through food. We believe that people are happier when they feel at home.
Our brand resonates celebration of the rich and diverse food cuisine of the islands of the Philippines. And we believe that we can bridge the gap between tradition and innovation through food. As we do this, we are committed to be brand-sensitive to relevant issues such as awareness on sustainability and pushing efforts to have an impact towards the environment.
For what projects/services did your company hire Tribox Design, and what were your goals?
We have promising goals for the brand, but we were overwhelmed with the ideas that we did not know how to start and where to look. While working the brand identity with Tribox Design, they made sure that our goals are met and suggestions are heard. Recently, we commissioned them to trademark the official brand name and logo.
How did you select this vendor?
Initially, we were looking for freelancers for this work; fortunately, we were able to find their portfolio online and their team was prompt in responding to our inquiries. Admittedly, there was one specific project they worked on previously that made us say YES!
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
After we exchanged emails, we had our first meeting through Google Meet. This meeting included the presentation of what their brand can offer for businesses, specifically, MSMEs; our brand's current problems and goals, and their recommendations, to see if there is a fit between us.
Following that, we signed a 3 month work contract with the team and they supplemented us with a timeline which was followed until final deliverables. They were flexible with our suggestions and considered all the changes we required from their outputs. Over all, the quality of their work met our expectations and we believe that they truly uphold their name and what they claimed. Whatever we have envisioned, they put this into work.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We consolidated ideas closely with Inu, Tribox' CEO. He was prompt in answering emails and inquiries, and was polite with our requests for revisions. We also have encounters with Regine, the vice to the CEO. She was active in our meetings and had her fair share of thoughts and suggestions to make our brand better
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As a start-up, we currently lack the proper metrics to demonstrate the progress nor success of this project; in addition, our operations have not take place as of the moment. But to answer, we asked for organic opinions from our families/friends, and they too, were delighted with the final output
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We made 4 virtual meetings until the final deliverables were sent and the rest were done through email in the expected timeline. Their project management style was done thoroughly, one step at a time, and made sure that it is mostly our character and vision that reflects the core of the brand's identity
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Aside from their exceptional creativity, mostly, it is because they do not discriminate, considering we are a start-up business. In our defense, we have tried to reach out to certain other companies but failed to get even a respond from an inquiry. Definitely, we can attest to their commitment in helping MSMEs in establishing their brands' identity
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As of the moment, we have no recommendations regarding this matter

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am managing director of a company that operates coworking cafes in Cebu.
For what projects/services did your company hire Tribox Design, and what were your goals?
We wanted to test a new concept of coworking space and needed Tribox Design to conceptualize the brand identity and character.
How did you select this vendor?
We found them online through The Green Table.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
Brand Strategy: brand discovery, positioning, messaging. Brand Identity: logo, social media template, designs for stationery, polo shirts, and signage/billboard
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We collaborated actively with Inu, the CEO.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We kept a tight timeline (only 3 weeks) since we needed to launch the concept urgently at that time to pivot from the covid slump. Inu from Tribox enthusiastically agreed to this, even if it was a stretch from his usual 3-month timeline for similar projects.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Despite being a one-man team, Inu engaged with us professionally and ensured the deliverables were on time and of high quality.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The designs Tribox Design imagined aptly captured what we envisioned for the brand, despite the tight budget and timelines. The brand discovery process helped a lot to bring this out. Inu also did not mind that we used design pegs from well-known brands to better illustrate our point.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing, really. We believe we got the best value for our budget.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the owner of Mang Laba Laundry Services. A local laundromat outlet based in Cebu City, Philippines which was established in 2018. Currently, it has 2 outlets and expected to grow this year.
For what projects/services did your company hire Tribox Design?
When we started the company, we are not thinking about the branding. Therefore, we don't have presence in socmed. We don't even have a logo. We needed help to relaunch our identity to bring us to the next level of our business. We looked for a 3rd party consultant and that brought us with Tribox Design.
What were your goals for this project?
Though our business has been doing fine within the local boundaries, our goal is to reach as many potential customers in socmed and bring them to our outlets. Likewise, our brand will be known in the city.
How did you select Tribox Design?
With several branding agencies, I chose Tribox Design because of their professionalism, structured methodologies, witty creativity, most especially its personal touch to its customers!
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We started with a series of discovery questions. Defined the problem areas. Identified the needs and wants. All in one meeting only. We covered a lot of items and that's how structured they were. After a couple of days, they got back to me already with a solution to my branding needs.
What was the team composition?
I worked directly with the CEO himself who happens to be their design artist and at the same time branding consultant. It's a one-on-one session.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Initially, the logo he made was awesome. The very first time i saw it, boom! Very strong, and bold! Simple yet clearly signifies who we are and what we do! A lot of people even artist praised our logo. I was soooo elated. No more further corrctions.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
In Jan 2018, i have been pre occupied. We did only one meeting and then a couple of days i got the results, the proposal.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a co-founder and the Chief Marketing Officer of Macaque.
Macaque is a premium spirits brand created by Filipinos, but distilled in Hsinchu County, Taiwan. Our unorthodox, yet masterfully blended, creations intertwine flavors from the East Asia region. With our identity anchored on the Formosan rock macaque’s yearning for togetherness, each bottle is designed to bring you closer as we toast to your success.
For what projects/services did your company hire Tribox Design, and what were your goals?
Me and my fellow co-founders had a vision for how we wanted the public to perceive Macaque - a premium spirits brand catering to Millennials and Generation Z. Unfortunately, we had no idea how to transform this vision into action. This led us to contract Tribox Design to provide direction and advice for the branding of our company.
How did you select this vendor?
We discovered them through clutch.co. After filtering the list of branding agencies available on the site, it was a toss up between Tribox Design and Tokyo Designed, based on our budget and needs. Both were prompt in responding to our inquiry. However, the difference lied in the professionalism of the former.
* The latter scheduled a Zoom meeting with us; the time, link, and date were proposed by them. We agreed. They didn't show up.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
For what we requested, this was our structure and timeline:
- November 11, 2021 - Discovery Session
- November 26, 2021 - Brand Strategy
- December 10, 2021 - Preliminary Design
- December 15, 2021 - Final Design
- December 22, 2021 - Application to Label and Packaging
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
- Co-founder and CEO
- Co-founder and COO
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Only time will tell for we have yet to launch our brand. If you do hear about us in the future, it's safe to say that they did an excellent job.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They inform you a week prior regarding the agenda of the next meeting. Our correspondence was mainly through email and they usually reply within an hour. They were always on-schedule with the dates they proposed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What we found most impressive was how fast they worked and how everything was purely done online. They delved into the heart and soul of Macaque's vision, mission, values through theoretical methods like Marty Neumeier's "onlyness" statement.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None so far, From the get go, we weren't expecting them to serve everything to us on a silver platter. They had a very proactive approach and when there were suggestions on the outcomes they produced, they would review and revise accordingly.
The client is happy with Tribox Design’s work and their professionalism. They provided a timeline with meetings and deadlines, and they met those expectations. Moreover, the team was small and very hands-on, facilitating easy communication and contributing to the project’s success.
