I’m a commercial real estate broker for Marcus & Millichap, a brokerage firm that specializes in investment sales.

We hired Tribal Video to produce several videos to market some of our listed properties.

What were your goals for this project?

Tribal Video needed to create videos that demonstrate the attractiveness and viability of our investment properties.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several production companies and decided to use Tribal Video because of their price, experience, and quality of work.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Using a drone, the videos were shot, detailing each properties’ physical attributes and micro-economic factors. The goal of the videos was to make the properties seem like an attractive investment opportunity. We would give them the address, and within a week, they began shooting footage. After making edits and communicating back and forth, the videos were delivered within 10-14 days.

What was your vendors’ project management or feedback process?

Working with Tribal Video was fantastic. Cameron (Founder, Tribal Video) and his team were always available to hear feedback and incorporate our suggestions. It was a collaborative experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One group that purchased a property showed one of our videos to their board of directors to justify the purchase.

Workflow between our two teams was extremely effective.

I was impressed with their speed and work quality. Tribal Video was easily accessible and willing to incorporate our ideas.
