We leveraged enterprise IBM MobileFirst Hybrid Platform to build robust and scalable solutions and simplified the customer journey giving seamless app experience. The previous mobile app had issues, where customers were facing challenges while ordering Domino's Pizza via Mobile App leading to significant failed orders and bad customer satisfaction and finding near-by-store was a cumbersome process as users were

required to enter city, locality, sub-locality in a linear manner. The App was not scalable enough to meet growing demand of supporting approx 10000 concurrent users.

 

We have redesigned the UI/UX of the app considering the branding guidelines and material design principles and simplified customer journey while interacting with the app for better user experience. We have implemented automatic identification of nearby stores based on the user's current location and where users have the flexibility to change our location along with select & search address using Google place. We have integrated an analytical platform on the app such as AppsFlyer, ClevarTap, Google Analytics to capture user behaviour.

 It’s a project to help a shipping contractor in managing his fleet. It has an admin interface and user based app for its drivers, the drivers clock-in the app when they pick the order for delivery it helps them to see all orders in the app they are supposed to deliver and even the route map set by admin. Admin can track the drivers current location on the map. 

The most important feature of the app

is capturing real time location of the truck drivers even when they are not in internet connectivity. This is an official mobile app of Indraprastha Gas Limited. This app is for PNG customers & CNG users. The app enables PNG customers anytime, anywhere access to their accounts.

 

Customers can create their account and will verify their mobile number. Customers will access their profile, bills, meter reading, complaint section on the app. They can view the bill details, billing

history and payment history, etc. They can check the generated monthly bill and can pay the bill by making payment via an integrated payment gateway or via paytm. They can lodge the complaint on the app and also can check the complaint status.

 

CNG customers can view nearby CNG stations on map. Customers can also search for CNG stations in a particular area.

The project was to develop mobile app on Android and iOS devices for the staff working in sites. Considering that IGL’s infrastructure is expanding in a big way, hence in order to address the issues like delay in issuance of work permit to staff carrying out work at sites and safety issues like checking of site safety conditions, availability of trained manpower etc. F&S department of IGL thought of having dedicated real time monitoring system by means of a dedicated Mobile application with a with a clear vision of:

  1. Enhancing and upgradation of existing safety management system by going Mobile app based Safety work permit system.
  2. Avoid unnecessary delay in issuance of work permit.
  3. Ensuring real time tracking i.e., 100% site visits, 100% compliance to usage of PPEs thereby ensuring the safety of staff.

However, the app was already there in the customer zone. It was low rated on app stores. The reason figured out by our team was poor UI/UX, and a very few services for the customer via app. So the job was to add more services for the customer and improvise UI/UX of the application. Triazine has implemented every feature given in contract and improvise UI/UX as well. As an outcome rating of the app on play store improved significantly.

They had a team of five person working on the project i.e. a project manager, designer, 2 developers and a quality analyst.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As it significantly improved the rating of the app on app stores, it helped us to position our services in customer zone in better ways and minimized the cost of resolving customer complaints.
