My own venture is a talent mobility SaaS that I have started in parralel to my current role as Vice-President in a hotel aggregator company.

I have hired Triazine software for the development of a enterprise-grade software application in combination of web and mobile to support visa and other logistics involved in any overseas tarvel for any idnividual or corporate employees. .

I got to know about triazine software by one of my connection who has got develop a software application for his business and I went with traizine based on his expereince of working with Traizine team.

The proejct is to develop a software application which support end to end traevl request and arrangement of every itenaries involved in this process. It covers several role based logins, in combination of web and mobile application.

The technology they have used in this proejct is python for backend and Flutter as hybrid app development platform for mobile app.

There were 4 people worked on this, the team comprise of backend developer, front end developer, QA engineer and app developer and proejct manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I came up with a critical and unique conceptm and really happy with outcome as its being apprecited by any prospects I am demoing.

They have used Jira as proejct management tool, and I am satisfied with this communication and timeline related things. Most of the time they deliver the work on time and if some time doesn't they update me in advance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very cooperative and cost effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should work more on their QA process and automation related stuff.

We have hired Trizine Software for the entire development of e-learning portal for one of our client. The project includes, web portal and Mobile apps for students of a University.

Triazine Software got selected as per our default vendor selection process, which includes, competitive pricing, relevant experience, justified technical approach, and referral clients etc.

The scope was developing a comprehensive e-learning platform consisting web and mobile interface for different stakeholders. e.g. Student, faculty, Admin staff.

There were two people from vendor actively involved me, one was with business background and another was technical project manager.

The delivered project on time with complete deliverable. The most important thing that we were able to close the project with the client on a happy end.

There was strict criteria to follow agile practice and tool we used for this was Jira.

They are very prompt in responding to our e-mails are messeges.

It was all good still they can work more on risk mitigation in project development process.

Triazine is a software consulting firm that was chosen seeing their background and projects handled in the past. Triazine assists clients in developing customized software/ERPs. Our Project was to develop a Web Portal and Mobile APP for a technical interactive platform for environmental stakeholders.

5 People were involved in our software application development process starting from requirement gathering till application development

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This application will be assisting in more business generation prospects and increase our client base across PAN India. It will be a unique portal in the field of the environment.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project Management was precise and to the point as per SDLC.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like their prompt responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Triazine should invest some amount of money and time in developing a Reporting/Review Application for their customers/vendors through which one can see the live and current status of their individual projects.

What were your goals for this project?

Goal of the project was to develop website for the business where our core stakeholders can submit the request as and when they or their dear ones are in need of blood donation. The goal of the project was also to increase number of volunteers in our blood donation camps.

The helped us in each and every phase of our project development. They get into project with a very high level brief given by our management and eventually their team work shoulder to shoulder in formalizing our project scope document and then design, development, testing, even server instances as well.

I was working with a signer guy assigned to me as project coordinator however there were five people working on the project from Triazine team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It helps immensely on organizing our blood donation camp. Now, volunteers e.g. Doctors, paramedical staff can assure their availability for a particular event based on their convenient availability and more importantly now more donors we are seeing in our event coming just with updates on our portal.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was really awesome.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The way they gather requirement and get into development with complete clarity on scope. However they ask many questions and sometime I personally felt that whether their question was relevant to the task or not but the end result was really admirable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should focus more on QA, however they are very much open and flexible on incorporating feedback.

Indraprastha Gas Limited, is India's largest natural gas distribution companies. IGL supplies natural gas as cooking and vehicular fuel. Established in 1998, the company operates primarily in NCT of Delhi, NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. I am working here as the Manager (Fire Safety)

The project was to develop mobile app on Android and iOS devices for the staff working in sites. Considering that IGL’s infrastructure is expanding in a big way, hence in order to address the issues like delay in issuance of work permit to staff carrying out work at sites and safety issues like checking of site safety conditions, availability of trained manpower etc. F&S department of IGL thought of having dedicated real time monitoring system by means of a dedicated Mobile application with a with a clear vision of:

1. Enhancing and upgradation of existing safety management system by going Mobile app based Safety work permit system.
2. Avoid unnecessary delay in issuance of work permit.
3. Ensuring real time tracking i.e., 100% site visits, 100% compliance to usage of PPEs thereby ensuring the safety of staff.

It has simplified the cumbersome process manual work permit Mechanism and so far has proved to be very effective by increasing the safety compliance and thereby the quality and productivity.

What were your goals for this project?

As the project was to automation of work permit process which initially involves manual along with software component, the challenge was to adding mobile app at the top of existing system and then getting trained to the staff already working on it.

The team did commendable job while developing the system. They also provided support for a smooth transition from manual mode to automation.

During development, there were enough resources working on it along with a project manager. Followed by the development process, they are also providing us support and two resources are working on this now.

It has simplified the cumbersome process manual work permit Mechanism and so far has proved to be very effective by increasing the safety compliance and thereby the quality and productivity.

The project was to redesign & rebuild the existing customer mobile app across the Android and iOS platforms to improvise experience of existing users and increasing the user base of mobile app users to avail various customer centric services with ease.

What were your goals for this project?

Apart from enhancement of UI/UX, IGL wanted to add many features such as appointment based meter reading, CNG queue management, referral program, loyalty coupons, refer and win etc.

The vendor got selected through our standardised tendering process.

However, the app was already there in the customer zone. It was low rated on app stores. The reason figured out by our team was poor UI/UX, and a very few services for the customer via app. So the job was to add more services for the customer and improvise UI/UX of the application. Triazine has implemented every feature given in contract and improvise UI/UX as well. As an outcome rating of the app on play store improved significantly.

What was the team composition?

They had a team of five person working on the project i.e. a project manager, designer, 2 developers and a quality analyst.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As it significantly improved the rating of the app on app stores, it helped us to position our services in customer zone in better ways and minimized the cost of resolving customer complaints.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I’ve enjoyed working with all Triazine Softwares staff members and have really appreciated their flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to work toward a better understanding of the issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to create everything we asked for and find solutions to problems.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Being a smaller team their capacity is limited in software development space even, so they could not support us in data science processes of IT division or many other services. They should scale up more on their capability.
