Please describe your company and your position there.
ARTIE MEDIA empowers leaders with films and video. I am the founder and CEO. I often write, direct and produce content for our clients.
For what projects/services did your company hire Triarch Creative?
At Triarch Creative, Jordan H. has been instrumental in helping us to vet and secure production team members in advance of our production week arrivals. Jordan then shifts roles from a Line Producer and joins us in production as our Assistant Director. Jordan is adept at managing teams, directing in the studio or on location, and always holds our personnel to high level of professionalism. His professional demeanor when working with teams and talent is unmatched. His facility and ease with high visibility thought leaders and celebrities is a pleasure to witness.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals for this project included creating a safe and welcoming studio for guests to comfortably express their thoughts in filmed conversations and interviews. We were also tasked with maintaining a rigorous filming schedule in studio, within the larger convention center, and at as many as three external locations. With Jordan's leadership and team management, we were able to create daily deliverables on time, achieve all our goals and surpass our client's expectations.
How did you select Triarch Creative?
Triarch Creative was originally referred to us by another trusted industry professional. After working with us as a creative on an award winning branded short film, we were eager to tap Jordan's obvious leadership talents for our conference production.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We produced two branded interview style talk shows with as many as 15 segments. Jordan was key in the creation of two sets and responsible for running either set as needed during filming. Our resulting videos were to be edited by my team and released at a later date. Jordan's command of the studio sets allowed for myself and a crew to go out into the field and conduct interviews for same-day film, edit and release videos. These five videos were released over four days. Without Jordan's command of our studio, none of this would not have been possible.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Jordan is direct and thoughtful in his communications, and always responsive. When schedule changes or production adaptations were necessitated for any reasons beyond our control I was immediately alerted and my client was updated concurrently.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are continually recognized for meeting or exceeding our client's expectations. Jordan and Triarch Creative are no small part of these successful outcomes.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our workflows are always intertwined and perfectly complementary.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Filmmaking is a team endeavor and it rarely takes place without an unexpected challenge or two. Jordan knows this well and is unafraid to meet every challenge. He has the professional experience that inspires confidence and the kind of calming presence that lends the whole team a palpable share of his grace under pressure.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There are plenty of times when any strong leader will step forward and get a job done. The opportunity lies in choosing the right moments to bring someone forward alongside you and teach them how to do something new. I still have to remind myself to be more generous in teaching. Helping someone to learn and practice is a powerful thing. Once they've learned, and earned your trust, you'll be able to delegate that job to them in the future -and you'll be building a high performing team.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP for institutional advancement at Olivet Nazarene University. We’re a liberal arts university in Illinois. Olivet is a thriving, private, faith-based institution with about 5,000 students. We have a robust offering of educational and academic programs. In my role, I’m over undergraduate admissions, marketing, development funding, and constituent relations.
What challenge were you trying to address with Triarch Creative?
We brought them on to handle special projects that were outside of our ability at that time.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Since we’ve outsourced our marketing with another vendor, Triarch Creative has done a couple of other projects. They’re a strategic partner. One of the projects was for our 100th anniversary. One of the campaigns was creating a series of videos that highlighted notable alumni.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact was Jordan (Founder & Creative Director). There were other team members behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Triarch Creative?
I knew Jordan as a student; he’s a graduate of Olivet. As soon as I met him, I knew he had a gift that wasn’t pedestrian. He could see things others couldn’t. He brought fresh eyes and fresh language.
Jordan could capture — beyond his age — the heart and soul of what we were trying to get at. I purposefully kept in touch with him and have seen his work. Jordan has an impressive portfolio. He’s hungry and knows what he can and can’t offer.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested between $15,000–$20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement was from August 2017–February 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our campaign was very successful and met our goals. It created a lot of goodwill and recalled a lot of great community and campus history. It helped renew the sense of partnership between the university and the surrounding community.
I was impressed with the way in which Triarch Creative came into the project. They asked good questions and challenged us in the right ways. to make sure we knew what we wanted at the end of the project. They were enjoyable to work with and the end product was beyond our expectations.
How did Triarch Creative perform from a project management standpoint?
We never had an issue with project management. They delivered what they said they’d deliver on time. Their team followed through with commitments. The hard work was the upfront work. Triarch Creative invested in the upfront work both on-site and through email.
Throughout the project, they kept us up to date with touch bases. They followed up even after the product was delivered. Their team cleaned things up and made sure we were pleased and satisfied.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Jordan has a great sense of who he is and what he offers. He has the ability to bring better people than himself in the areas where he feels he may not have strength. Jordan’s a great collaborator and a magnet for talent. He manages everything well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind or stands out. We can all improve on things and that includes Triarch Creative. Jordan is always continually improving.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Spend the time that they ask of early on in the process. Be amenable to the questions they ask, even the hard ones. Your project will get off on the right foot, and the end result will be more than what you imagined.

Please describe your company and your position there.
EVP, Strategy, Arizona Commerce Authority - overseeing agency communications and marketing.
For what projects/services did your company hire Triarch Creative?
Jordan and his team at Triarch have done several video projects for our organization, the Arizona Commerce Authority, which is a statewide economic development agency.
They do an excellent job presenting clients with creative concepts that accomplish the objectives of a video, and then guiding everyone through the process resulting in a very high-quality product.
This is something we have struggled with using other vendors in the past. Our timelines are often short and come with last-minute changes due to many stakeholders needing to weigh in through the approval process, and the Triarch team has always managed that with us with ease and professionalism.
We would highly recommend working with Triarch!
What were your goals for this project?
We're always seeking a vendor that provides strong creative direction and end-to-end services at a reasonable cost, given that we are a public sector organization.
