What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had several issues transferring the website from a person that was delivering poorly to Trepcom. We lost our web server, so Trepcom had to copy all public data and then transfer it to the new website. This didn’t even take one day, which was very impressive on their end. Everything that came later has been of a positive advantage to us.
In comparison to our competition, we have a very professional website. Once we interconnect it with our server and are able to provide a list of products and prices for our clients in an e-commerce model, then it will be one of the best websites in the market. One of the most surprising things is that this website will also help us connect job seekers and potential employees. At this point, the website has one goal, but it will also help us with recruiting, promotions, and other things.
At this point, Trepcom is meeting all of our needs and has made the website more organized. We are very happy with Guillermo and the team. We only have good things to say. All changes have been created within the same day we requested them.
How did Trepcom Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We used email for communication. They present themselves well and are good people. We pressure them with timelines, but they also pressure us with timing and project results. They’re a great team, and we can see it reflected in the results of our website.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s been a harmonious transfer from one service to Trepcom’s. We could have lost important aspects of the website. Their migration of our website from one server to another was an easy transfer for both us and our customers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There is always room for improvement, and we will be more satisfied once we improve the interface with our server and are able to see the products on our page. I may be able to mention some additional areas for improvement after we’ve taken care of that.
