Golobex — a professional exchange platform for cryptocurrency traders


We were tasked to develop a crypto exchange with the highest level of security at short notice. Golobex had to meet a wide range of the customer requirements. From unique design, intuitive interface and great UX to smart contracts, referral system and additional features.


We’ve developed the entire project from the creation of technical

documentation to solving legal issues. To meet safety expectations we’ve reached the sustained workload and built the unique structure that prevents hacker attacks. We’ve also set up the synchronization with cold wallets and listing of new coins. The whole development process was flexible which allowed us to achieve even better results. Implementing additional modules made it possible to bring the capabilities of architecture closer to microservice one.

TSI Analytics Inc. provides a comprehensive solution in the analysis of the cryptocurrency market. They has been developing a new tool and needed to extend their development team. We were tasked to locate 3 full stack developers fast to launch MVP on the scheduled date.


TSI Analytics Inc. CTO managed the development process himself, so

outstaffing model sounded great for him. We were ready to locate appropriate candidates in 5 days after careful CVs review and initial interviews. Except of tech skills candidates had upper intermediate level of English, knowledge in fintech and cryptocurrency areas, good soft skills. In three weeks the developers who were approved by CTO started working on the project. Our Account Manager is always there to set up the communication between Ukrainian developers and US team via Trello, Slack, Redmine, etc. We also take care of employees’ workspace and motivation.

We were developing a crypto portfolio tracker and advisor, and our main challenge was a lack of developers. We needed to extend our development team with three full stack developers to launch the MVP on time.

All candidates had the required tech skills, an upper intermediate level of English, knowledge in cryptocurrency, good soft skills. We started to work with the new developers in three weeks. We manage the project, and the vendor does the development. 

What was the team composition?

TrendLine Global provided us with three full stack developers. They also gave us a personal account manager who has been making communication with new team members easy.

We were able to launch the MVP on the scheduled date. Now, we’re working with the TreadLine Global Developers on a mobile app for a tracker.
