Tremaine Smith

I am an independent DEI consultant. I create efffective diversity initatives, toolkits, and programs. My main work focuses on race, equity and inclusion, but I also center gender, sexuality and class issues. I am results driven and I offer tools to build effective leadership while sustaining a practice of self-reflection. The work I seek to do is that of reimagining the structures and systems we already have in place, and finding new ways for these entities to exist. I specialize in diversity, equity and inclusion trainings and development of HR tools for recruiting AND keeping more diverse talent. I've worked with educational institutions, government programs, small businesses and more. I am also available to speak at conferences, panels, and more.
