Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the founder of RedAsh Films Private Ltd, a film production house. We make feature films, documentaries, and animated shorts.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Transpixel Studio?

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) contracted us to make explanatory videos for mobile applications related to their new Unified Payments Interface (UPI). We needed to outsource the animation work because we don’t have a specific animation department, so we hired Transpixel Studio.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Transpixel Studio produced custom live animation videos showing customers how to use the NPCI’s secure mobile apps. We provided the script, storyboards, and any necessary shooting. The videos were all 1–2 minutes long.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact was Manish (Director of Sales, Transpixel Studio).

How did you come to work with Transpixel Studio?

Another company that works near us recommended Transpixel Studio and helped us get in contact with Manish.

What is the status of this engagement?

They created animated videos for us between 2016–2018, and each shoot took about three weeks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The NPCI loved the project. The content was very high-quality. Transpixel Studio added innovative aspects to make the project better. For example, they looked at our script and advised us on ways to improve it.

How did Transpixel Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive and proactive. They always met their deadlines and we never had any issues. We had a good time working with Transpixel Studio. If there were any changes, they promptly made them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I didn’t have to control so many things or tell them what to do. I just had to guide them and give them a brief summary, and they delivered. The engagement was efficient and smooth.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything to say other than keep up the good work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend them to anybody who wants an animated project.
