Web Video & LIVE streaming with a pinch of storytelling
What started as the first Croatian web tv, morphed into a digital publishing platform. Through a network of fellow authors, we record moments in time. Moments you can relate to.
With almost a decade of shooting and editing, we’ve accumulated a lot of gear and knowledge to tackle any production request. Seeing that video is already dominating the consumption of content online, an experienced and well–coordinated crew is a crucial factor for delivering high–quality products in often tight deadlines.
Our secret sauce comes in the triangle shaped bottle! If you want great footage, we have to nail the exposure triangle Aperture | Shutter speed | ISO. Likewise, if you want an exceptional web video, we’ll bring out the big guns and use Neuralab ‘DDC’ triangle — Design | Development | Content services. Don’t settle with ‘just’ a video — transform a great idea into a shareable visual art!
It’s not enough to drive people to your website, you want them to embrace and remember your message. From bite–sized video snippets to lip smacking web documentaries — we got you covered! Hundreds of videos in our portfolio assure we have every production solution for a new and disruptive business. Strong journalistic backbone paired with a passion for new technologies separate us from other production companies. We call it — impact storytelling!

Transmeet.Tv implemented a LearnDash LMS on WordPress, created a promotional video, and assisted with marketing campaign management for Google and Facebook. They now provide ongoing maintenance.
The LMS is successful in terms of functionality and the webpage has garnered a substantial amount of visitors. Transmeet.Tv offers a robust suite of project management and tracking tools, promoting both transparency and efficiency. Communication is also a highlighted strength.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re an educational company providing in-house training and coaching for sales, public speaking, and communication. We have both internal and external trainers working with multiple companies in Croatia. I’m in charge of the company’s technical implementations.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Transmeet.Tv?
We wanted to use the LearnDash® learning management system for WordPress to create an online training platform. This required setting up the solution, creating web pages, and producing videos.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Transmeet.Tv set up the LearnDash LMS and created a promotional video for us. They handled the complete technical and organizational setup—arranging the shooting location and managing the technical staff and equipment.
They’ve also helped us manage marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google. We created the written articles on the site ourselves.
What is the team composition?
I’m unsure how many people are involved from their side. I’ve been in touch with two or three members, but most of our requests are created on their web platform. Their CEO has been my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Transmeet.Tv?
A manager from our company met them at a conference a few years ago and discussed our project. It turned out that Transmeet.Tv could do the job for us.
How much have you invested with them?
The main development project had a cost of $3,000. We have a monthly maintenance fee in the range of $100. The total cost so far has been less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in July 2015 and finished the LMS development in January 2016. They started the work on our webpage after that and are now continuing to provide WordPress maintenance.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The system they set up works fine, but I can't estimate how much our business has grown as a direct result. It’s possible that the market wasn’t ready for a product like ours, but we’ve still had some sales. The webpage has performed better than the LMS and gained quite a lot of visitors. Our company is B2B-oriented, so having regular people visit our page is not very important to us.
We’re very satisfied with Transmeet.Tv’s work overall and are thinking about refreshing the site with their help.
How did Transmeet.Tv perform from a project management standpoint?
We submit tickets on Trello and receive time estimates for each that we have to approve. We have a history of all the past work that includes who has worked on what item and how they did it. This has made my job a lot easier in cases where we’ve forgotten something on our end. We also use email for issues that require clarification.
What did you find most impressive about them?
There are many companies in our area providing the same services, but they’re small and uncommunicative. It always took us a long time to get things done. Transmeet.Tv stands out in terms of organization compared to other providers we’ve worked with. They have multiple software tools for logging and approving requests. Nothing is lost in communication.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so. I also work in the support area, so I understand the need for using ticket-tracking systems rather than having direct contact with clients. It allows them to keep a more comprehensive record compared to just calling people on the phone.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You need to provide a good description of your project in order for it to be successful.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Transmeet.Tv?
We wanted to film high-quality videos for our skincare and makeup routines. We also needed Transmeet.Tv’s services for educational and press events.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had an initial meeting with Transmeet.Tv to discuss our needs. Their head producer started the actual video work thereafter.
We use scripts and the head producer makes suggestions on what will or won’t work depending on what we’re doing. He’s involved in everything.
It’s important to get the brightness and contrast right every time since we’re working on skincare and makeup videos. We’ve also shot a video as part of the Mannequin Challenge internet trend.
What is the team composition?
I’ve only communicated with their head producer. I’m not sure if there are others working in the background.
How did you come to work with Transmeet.Tv?
We’d worked with another department of their company on web design, so we accepted their offer for video shooting services. I initially came into contact with them because I knew the owner.
How much have you invested with them?
Our projects have varied from €1,000–€3,000 ($1,200–$3,500 USD) depending on the scope. The total cost has been between €10,000–€15,000 ($12,000–$19,000 USD) so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in mid-2016 and the relationship is ongoing. We completed the Mannequin Challenge in two days so we could put it online as soon as possible.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve posted our videos on social networks and received positive feedback from clients. The videos have contributed to an increase in sales as part of our overall promotion effort.
How did Transmeet.Tv perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re a well-organized and accurate team. We communicate through email most often, but also in person or via phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’ve worked with other video production companies in the past. In comparison, Transmeet.Tv has delivered everything they’ve promised on time and with high quality.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You simply need to contact them and they will handle the rest.

Transmeet.Tv set up YouTube live streams for a pair of business conferences. They performed technical rehearsals and provided recordings of each event.
Transmeet.Tv demonstrated the technical understanding necessary to film a large conference. They used reliable equipment, ensuring glitch-free recordings. Their team stuck to schedules and delivered files on time.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of PR for a design and development agency that builds digital products for large clients, including Rosetta Stone, Napster, and Marriott International. We’re based in New York City, but I work with our development team in Croatia.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Transmeet.Tv?
We were planning a conference with a first-time development collaborator and wanted to set up a live stream. Our in-house team was occupied with other projects, so we needed a reliable partner.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They handled all the technical details surrounding the setup of a YouTube stream. While YouTube generates videos from live streams, Transmeet.Tv supplied us with a separate recording that we requested. Based on their success, we later worked with them on live streaming a second conference.
What is the team composition?
I worked with their video producer, Bruno Zagorščak.
How did you come to work with Transmeet.Tv?
They had worked with our company before I came onboard. A colleague recommended them, so I decided to reach out.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our first engagement took place in December 2015. It took two days to complete, including preparation. We hired them again in December 2017.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The first conference was a larger event than we were used to dealing with. We wanted a working stream with proper video and audio quality, and this is exactly what Transmeet.Tv provided. They used reliable equipment and Bruno gave me a technical overview to explain the process necessary for capturing such a large meeting.
How did Transmeet.Tv perform from a project management standpoint?
This was a fairly simple assignment. We communicated through email and I had an in-office meeting with Bruno. They also conducted a rehearsal before the event to ensure there were no technical issues during the conference.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I haven’t worked with any of their competitors, but I doubt they could outperform Transmeet.Tv. The video quality was great and the process went smoothly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They only used three cameras, but this setup worked perfectly given the small size of our venue.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
As long as clients articulate their goals, Transmeet.Tv will take care of the rest.

Transmeet.Tv developed a WordPress website that has tourism and online shopping categories, as well as an adjustable homepage to accommodate promo changes.
Although the website hasn’t launched yet, internal feedback has commended the platform’s image and video quality. Transmeet.Tv’s casual approach, punctual delivery, and honest project leadership have all contributed significantly to the client’s satisfaction.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this

transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager of a company that restores and sells classic cars.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Transmeet.Tv?
We needed to develop a website, process some car pictures, and create a promo video.
We’ve worked with other teams on smaller projects, but the processes were difficult because they didn’t understand what we liked or what changes we wanted to make. The response time was also an issue.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Transmeet.Tv built our WordPress website based on our detailed description. We provided examples of what we liked and didn’t like from other websites. They implemented almost all of our ideas.
The website also has tourism and online shopping categories. The homepage needed to be adjustable so that we could easily change the displayed promos.
What is the team composition?
They assigned three people for the web design, two for the video production, and another three for the technical implementation. Their CCO was our main contact.
How did you come to work with Transmeet.Tv?
I reviewed the major web development companies in Croatia, including Transmeet.Tv. Their approach was better than the others’ and they also had a balanced offer to price ratio. Other companies were much more expensive than we could afford.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost is €40,000 ($49,378 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June or July 2017. We have an ongoing relationship and will launch the website in a month.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve only had internal feedback. People have appreciated the image and video quality on the website. We’re happy so far.
How did Transmeet.Tv perform from a project management standpoint?
The process has been smooth. It’s easy to work with them and they deliver on time. Their CCO is forthcoming. We’ve never had an issue. We usually communicate through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve focused on turning our ideas into reality.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The website isn’t finished yet, so I can’t comment.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I don’t have any particular advice. We are satisfied with the work Transmeet.Tv has done so far.

Transmeet initially came on board to provide video production and livestreaming services. They provided all the materials and created post-production videos as later requested.
Transmeet is flexible and willing to adjust to changing scopes. During filming, it was as if they weren’t even there. Both their skills and product quality are highly professional. A great partnership led to further projects.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of the digital marketing studies program at University College Algebra, the biggest educational institution in southeastern Europe. We’ve been ranked the best private education institution in Croatia, and we offer a variety of products and services (e.g., higher education, lifelong education, specialty education).
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Transmeet?
It was our first year hosting a digital marketing conference, and we wanted live streaming capabilities to widen our reach.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Transmeet’s initial assignment was to provide live streaming services for our conference. They came with three or four cameras and all other materials needed. Later, we also had them do post-production for a video about the conference, including lectures and interviews.
We’ve worked with other production companies before, but we’ve repeatedly relied on Transmeet for their services. When we did production ourselves, we always ran into problems with bandwidth, the internet connection, etc., but Transmeet never had any of those problems.
What is the team composition?
My main contact was Bruno [Content Chief, Transmeet], who was in charge of the entire filming process. He worked with two others during the actual conference.
How did you come to work with Transmeet?
I knew Transmeet from past work we’d done together.
How much have you invested with them?
In total, we spent around €10,000 [$12,295 USD] on this one project.
What is the status of this engagement?
The conference began in May 2014, and they worked on post-production and other smaller projects throughout the year. For the 2015 conference, they just provided filming services and not livestreaming.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
During the live stream, we topped about 800 simultaneous viewers. During the entire conference, we had about 2,500 viewers. We kept it up for a month, and that, in total, garnered roughly 5,000 views. We were highly satisfied with the results.
How did Transmeet perform from a project management standpoint?
At these types of events, we’d typically had quite a few problems with camera placements and cables, but Transmeet didn’t have any issues. They were organized and clean, as if they weren’t even there.
Back then, we were a small organization, so we were somewhat hard to work with. We were always coming up with new ideas in the middle of a project, but Transmeet didn’t have a problem with that. They provided everything we needed and finished on time with great quality.
We mainly communicated via email, and they were always clear and professional. We only met in-person once, the day of the conference, and then everything else was either over email or the phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Transmeet consistently went above and beyond what we expected. They prepared design overlays for the videos, things like our branding, name of speakers, etc. We didn’t ask them to do that, but they did. Also, they were more than willing to come give a guest lecture in one of our courses.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would have been nice to meet more than once in person, although that’s not all their fault. Also, they could probably get more business by being more aggressive in their sales. Everything else is perfect, though, and I don’t have any complaints.

Transmeet.Tv produced 10 videos for a government organization in Croatia. Services included filming and editing, as well as adding audio and visual elements.
The videos drove an increase in views and followers on social media, while receiving a positive reception from partners and stakeholders. The team’s ability to easily grasp the project description translated into a successful partnership. Responses were prompt and videos were delivered on time.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the head of public relations for a government organization, based in Croatia. I am in charge of all communications and public events.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Transmeet.Tv?
We wanted to produce high-quality videos for use on our various online platforms, including social media. We use the videos for communication and promotional purposes, as well as an annual video report.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with discussing our goals for each video: what we wanted to communicate thematically and through the content. They did all of the filming and editing, including adding visual effects and choosing the music.
What is the team composition?
We had one primary point of contact with their team, but I don’t know how many people worked on each video.
How did you come to work with Transmeet.Tv?
Word of mouth; it was a recommendation from a partner. After having worked together for several projects, they won a tender offer to do additional work for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $30,000 across 10 videos.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in April of 2013, and last worked together in early 2017.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen an increase of views on our social media channels from posting the videos. There’s also been an increase in followers on Facebook, which is important for us.
Our partners and stakeholders provided positive feedback on the videos. Normally we don’t receive any feedback on our communication products, so we were pleasantly surprised to get so many positive reactions.
How did Transmeet.Tv perform from a project management standpoint?
Our project manager was excellent at meeting our needs, and they delivered excellent service.
We’re a small office with a small staff, so it's important for us to have direct and quick communication. They were always quick to respond; if I sent an email, a response would come immediately. I didn't have to navigate up the hierarchy level to get an answer, they were just very prompt.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really understood our needs. I don't have much time to communicate all the details with subcontractors but they seemed to intuitively know what we needed. I was very impressed that I didn’t have to waste too much time explaining each project.
We were always happy with the final product, and you could see that they knew what they were doing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes we had to go back and forth on a video, but usually it was our fault that we didn't deliver enough initial feedback.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Define precisely what you want. If you don't give them enough information, they might not go the direction you want them to go. If you do, they will deliver.

Transmeet. Tv worked on a video production project for a government agency, covering two events. They filmed and edited the videos which were used on the agency’s website, internally, and in news stories.
The videos Transmeet produced were high quality and professionally made. They had an impressive array of equipment and handled any issues smoothly. The team communicated effectively, planned the shoot—including a pre-production set visit—well, and worked calmly under time pressure.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am a press and PR officer for a Croatian government agency. We finance Croatian films and promote them worldwide. I write news for the web portal, organize events, and communicate on a daily basis with producers and directors of Croatian films. I am also in charge of how my institution looks from the outside, involving everything regarding journalists and press releases.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Transmeet. Tv?
We needed video production.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We collaborated on one project, where Croatian producers get in front of the main people from all the television stations in Croatia and pitch their projects live to them. Transmeet. Tv was in charge of filming the event and editing it. This was put on our website and the video was integrated into the news we published about it.
We were satisfied with the first video they shot for us, which is why we engaged with them for the second. They already knew how it was done and we didn’t go off of our concepts of the video.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Krešimir Končić [Co-Founder, Transmeet. Tv], who handled all the administrative work. We also worked with Bruno Zagorscak [Co-Founder, Transmeet. Tv], as well as another 2 people on the set for the event. Everyone knew what they were doing and I really felt that everything was under control.
How did you come to work with Transmeet?
Prior to working with them, we had worked with a couple of other video production agencies who are based locally. I came to know Transmeet as I volunteered with them for several years. I write articles and was involved in the video production that they oriented.
When we were getting involved in the project initially, we also contacted a couple of other video firms. It was Transmeet’s quality of work and price range that made us choose them.
How much have you invested in them?
Less than $10,000.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After the project was over, we spoke more as there were some things that needed to be done differently, but they were always willing, able, and listened to all our input. They did the work as promised and the dynamic was really great.
The video was used for mostly internal use. We put it on our social media as well as online, but it was more of a documentary. We were trying to document what was going on that day so that the people who were pitching as well as the people from the television stations could be aware of the pitches that took place. The output was great from our side and fulfilled its intended purpose.
How did Transmeet perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed great. They reacted really well to any setbacks, such as an issue we had with lighting, and did their best to make the lights we had work. They had additional equipment and were able to immediately take care of the issue. Everything was great from that point of view. Any technical difficulties that happened on the spot were managed well.
We mostly communicated through email and on the phone. We had a variety of communication systems and tools that we used. We’re really satisfied with their attitude towards deadlines; they respected everything we said.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They brought a GoPro with them so that there was one filming the whole time and they were able to combine the video using the footage. They also took care of the audio as we were also having some problems with that as well. They were really professional when it came to technical challenges.
The event was in a room where they have never been before, and I really appreciated them coming a couple of days earlier just to check out the location and the technical conditions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The first time working on the project, they didn’t take any footage of the exterior where the event was held. I had asked Bruno to take some exterior footage afterward just to add some more atmosphere. They could improve by thinking more widely about the video and not just focusing on the event itself. However, they were dealing with all kinds of things, so I didn’t mind giving them the instructions on the spot.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give the overall idea of what you want, be specific about the conditions, and they will provide that for you.
