What was the team composition?

It's not an easy task in a company with 50,000 employees, but we worked closely together to understand what data was needed and what was the best way to translate it for the board. We then designed the ideal solution by designing functionalities to gather each data in simple graphical formats and KPI measurements, and in real-time through our work of integration with their traditional computer systems.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

When you hover over values ​​in the map, a time series is displayed and displays production values ​​over time. When you change the years in the range slider, the aggregated time series is updated with the sum of all production over time. 

The histogram chart is also selectable, serving as an alternative control for selecting a time range. They can visualize everything from performance predictions to real-time statistics, helping them make more informed and evidence-based business decisions.
