I am the co-founder of a software and AI company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Traction?

I needed IT and marketing support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Traction supports our marketing efforts. I have worked closely with them on several marketing projects. Our last collaboration was for a genomics project, where they collaborated with us on digital marketing, landing pages, ad campaigns, retargeting campaigns, among others. They also provide us IT outsourcing whenever we need that specific support, like when we need to conduct IT assessments for our clients.

In total, we work with 3–4 people. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around €25,000 (approximately $31,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in January 2018, and it is a continuous collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Traction is very good at lowering the investment needed for digital marketing campaigns, so we’ve been able to reduce our expenditure progressively while maintaining good results. In terms of our IT collaborations, we don’t have any particular metrics as they primarily provide consulting. However, they’ve helped us solve issues for some of our most important projects, allowing us to achieve better results for our clients.

How did Traction perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything has worked out well. We communicate primarily via email and WhatsApp. Whenever we have any specific problems, we schedule a meeting once or twice per week to discuss them. Working with them is very nice, which is why we keep choosing them as partners.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are an excellent strategic partner who enhances our work. They have very skilled and professional people in their team. Their IT team has a lot of experience, and the marketing team is very strong in digital marketing channels. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could grow their team. We have some bigger projects where they can’t provide enough resources, especially in the IT area.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you need to increase your metrics and grow your online presence, they are the right company to work with.
