Our agreement was to run a demand generation campaign and outreach on our behalf, we had a modest target of several qualified calls as a trial benchmark (60 days).

They delivered nothing, there was one report somewhere in the middle, and that's it.
We had a partial refund clause in our contract, when it was time finish the work (on which they agreed they had under-delivered), they ghosted us.
