We asked the Torno team to build every facet of our technology from scratch within eight months. This primarily included developing a custom mobile and web app with a user interface similar to leading grocery delivery platforms. However, the scope expanded well beyond that — it also included building an admin panel for operational management, assisting with the integration of our first grocery partner (an unexpected but critical challenge that Torno was instrumental in solving), and supporting us with our marketing assets and website development.

Our app is now fully built and ready for launch, our first grocery partner is successfully integrated into the platform, and we have a complete set of marketing assets prepared for our initial consumer rollout.

TORNO is modernizing our legacy PHP/Laravel ERP into a modular, API-driven platform while establishing CI/CD on AWS and uplifting our security posture. Scope includes Materials/Categories/Properties modules, vendor integrations, standardized release workflows, logging/monitoring, and performance work on large database tables. The goal is a more reliable, scalable ERP with faster releases and stronger security.

They are a great cultural fit for us and integrate well with our exiting IT, Development and Sysadmin teams.  We are able to quickly increase our throughput and they offer great project management services to keep the project organized.

We would like more proactive product suggestions around reporting/analytics and a shared roadmap for upcoming modules.
