How did TopHawks Marketing Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

To track them, the project manager coordinated with the salespeople and received all the data and presentations. Their team provided a CRM tool to track where the salespeople are working, who they’re meeting, and what they’re getting as an output. The salespeople who worked in the field put all of their information on the CRM where the project manager collected and provided it to our team. Communication was transparent. We used email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have an excellent working relationship with them. Their team is friendly and transparent. The experience was good compared to other providers.
