Turnaround time depends on the type of engagement, but we prioritise speed to learning and speed to market. A typical A/B test can be designed, built, and shipped within around a week (roughly 20–30 hours), allowing teams to validate ideas quickly and start gathering meaningful data. For MVP and innovation-led builds, we think in weeks, not months. Most MVPs are delivered within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on scope and the level of experimentation and integration involved.

We onboard new clients with a short discovery and technical audit designed to get context quickly and identify where we can create the most impact. T From there, we align on clear objectives, success metrics, and a plan for delivery, enabling us to move straight into execution. We're not a big fan of slides; we just want to dive straight in.

We’re most interested in projects where teams are looking to validate hypotheses quickly and get ideas into market with confidence. That often means building and evolving products through experimentation — testing assumptions, measuring impact, and iterating based on real data rather than opinion.
