The team was kind enough to share his PWD widget for a Los Angeles Cosmetics website I have created. We initially needed help with our public relations because we were a startup. We started after 2016, and we needed help to put the word out about our company.

We asked Top Rank SEO for help with content for our PR releases. It took us four years just for the product development, and then we needed help on SEO.

In the beginning, Top Rank SEO helped with our press releases. We had a partnership with USAID for a special project in tracking boats in the Southern part of the Philippines, so we needed help getting the write-ups and publishing them online.

The SEO came about a year after. We started with one site, so we put out our customer- and investor-facing website. They came in and provided SEO services for it.

To jumpstart the project, we sent them the initial keywords we thought would be okay. Top Rank SEO researched and came back to us, giving specific recommendations. We were initially into fish catching, documentation, and traceability, but they came back to us saying that those keywords wouldn’t work with our target customers, so they changed them.

Overall, it’s been a very collaborative effort between our teams. They’ve also offered PPC and some social media marketing. This year, we started doing Google Ads in June.

In 2020, we did our medical device in partnership with a government agency in the Philippines. However, we shifted due to the pandemic. Since we couldn’t go out, we started making specimen collection booths to protect health workers from the virus. We used our technology there, and it got a lot of press mileage. We got a big contract because of that, and Top Rank SEO helped us with it.

With the keywords, some of our content now appears on the first and second pages. We understand that it takes time and continuous effort, but we’ve been able to improve. It started picking up from five months onward. It’s a niche market, and our target has been the fishing folks — specifically the tuna fishing companies.

We’ve also noticed an increase in traffic and inquiries. For us, getting 10–20 leads is a lot, and inquiries are still coming despite the pandemic. We’ve been working for about a year, and we’ve got five other projects because of that. Additionally, they advise us on what content would be okay to put out, and they even help to write it.

They’re okay. The critical part has been the articles, but they’ve met deadlines. We haven’t experienced delays.

We use Asana from our end, and communication is okay. We use Messenger, Viber, emails, and phone calls. For urgent matters, we do it by phone; otherwise, it's usually email.

In terms of strategy, they’ve done a good job. They're very responsive and flexible. The pandemic was a difficult time for everyone, but they quickly adapted in that aspect.

Moreover, they deliver results and are very professional. Also, the cost is affordable for us.

I can't pinpoint anything. They’ve delivered an excellent job.

Tell them the truth. If you're not sure what target you want to meet, you can share it with their team. They’ll give you their input, and they’re the experts.
