I am the founder of Roundsec. We are an international company providing a wide range of information security services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Top DMA, and what were your goals?

We contacted Top DMA for the development of a modern large-scale website with a user-friendly interface for our Information Security Company. Also, we requested the creation of the corporate style, including logo, fonts, brand colours.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been looking for a contractor with extensive experience and a good portfolio of robots for a long time. When contacting the Top DMA team, they quickly understood what we wanted and offered us interesting ideas for implementing this, showed ready-made examples.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A large team worked with our project, starting from a marketer who did an analysis of a niche and competitors, thought out a strategy for promoting a business to designers and web developers. All work was supervised by the Project Manager, who was always in touch with us and talked about all the stages and results of the work. The guys did all the work efficiently and on time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks to the successful design and developed corporate style, our clients quickly remembered us. The site is very user friendly as we saw high behavioral scores and a high conversion rate when there was a flow of users to the site.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had constant communication with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. We moved from step to step according to the agreed work plan in the terms of reference and after each stage we discussed the results, agreed and moved on. In our work, we used email and WhatsApp for operational communications with the Project Manager. The team worked on the Jira platform, where I could see the milestones for each stage of our website development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They made us a professional corporate website that is easy to update. My team had never worked with WordPress before, so after developing the site, the Project Manager took the time for us to teach us how to update the content ourselves.
