The original mandate was to create a detailed 3D map of the city of Dubai for one of our clients based in the UAE. Our work involved not only producing a 3D representation that closely mirrors the real geography and landmarks of the city, but also seamlessly integrating the map into the client’s website to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Since the initial delivery, the project scope has expanded, and we are continuing to support the client with ongoing development and enhancements to the website and related features.

The active development of the website along with testing beta versions with people and getting data from our target market on how to improve the website.

Yes, they deliver all projects and project deliverables on time. I have also been one to pivot with the project many times and they've been very accomodating and understanding about this. They are incredibly adaptable, they truly listen, and they always work to find a solution to a problem no matter how impossible it may seem.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Personally I find it really impressive how young the company is and how young the employees in this company are. I feel like this gives them the natural advantage of being knowledgeable about the tech space and the drive to continue to stay ahead of the curve. Maxim, the proprieter of the company, actively goes to tech conferences across the US to see where the brightest minds are deciding to push the mark so that he can apply these ideas to helping companies that come to Todor3D with the same creativity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Todor3D could have done differently?

Todor3D has been and continues to be perfect, or at least the perfect fit for me. They are incredibly patient, understanding, creative, and a true group of geniuses. I'm so happy to have found them and I feel so lucky to be working with them. I would even go as far to say that if there were any area for improvement it would be with me not pivoting specific ideas so much! In all seriousness, they are incredible and one-of-a-kind.

I’m the CEO and founder of Rexit, an IT services company. We specialize in developing custom ERP, CRM, and business automation software, creating tailored IT solutions to streamline and optimize clients’ business processes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Todor3D?

We needed support with the development of a frontend and 3D configurator for the development of an internal platform for a construction company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Todor3D built the frontend interface and implemented the 3D configurator. Their scope included designing and coding the interactive user experience, integrating the configurator into our platform, and ensuring it functioned smoothly with the construction company’s internal systems. The main deliverables were a fully functional frontend application and a customizable 3D configurator that allowed end users to visualize and interact with construction elements in real time.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Todor3D in different phases of the project.

How did you come to work with Todor3D?

We found them through recommendations from another contractor. We chose them because they had good expertise and a portfolio in the field of web 3D.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2024 to September 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The collaboration resulted in a fully working 3D configurator that integrated seamlessly into our internal platform. This allowed us to demonstrate real-time 3D visualization to stakeholders, which significantly improved user engagement and accelerated internal decision-making. Their deliverables were completed on time, and the final product met the technical and functional requirements we set.

After launching the 3D configurator, we saw measurable improvements in both engagement and efficiency. Internal stakeholders spent on average 35% less time reviewing design options compared to our previous workflow because they could visualize changes instantly. In addition, demo sessions with clients became 40% shorter, while overall satisfaction during testing sessions improved, with over 80% of users rating the configurator as more intuitive than the old process.

How did Todor3D perform from a project management standpoint?

Todor3D delivered around 90%–95% of the tasks on the original dates. We mainly communicated via Discord.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most was their deep technical expertise in 3D combined with a very pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. The only area they could have improved was documentation. While the technical delivery was strong, more detailed handover notes and user guides would have made onboarding our internal team faster. Aside from that, their responsiveness and quality of work met or exceeded expectations.
