TMG redesigned our website and our brand to have an updated appearance and improve the user experience.  They also redesigned and optimized our entire site to reach a larger audience and expand our brand. TMG also provided us with a marketing strategy that fits our needs and is exceeding expectations.

The website redesign and optimization have already resulted in new customers and sales. We are reaching a broader audience, and our social media and web traffic are continuing to grow. TMG has introduced us to tools that allow us to make informed decisions based on facts and not opinions. We're also seeing organic and paid rankings within Google that we have been unable to obtain in the past.

The entire team at TMG is phenomenal. They provide a positive and engaging atmosphere and feel as if they are part of our team. Our group leaves meetings energized and excited about our growth.

We were thoroughly impressed with MOLO's project organization, speedy responses, timeliness of website development and ability to understand our brand and needs.

MOLO uses various platforms for project management; all of which keeps everyone informed of the progress. They always delivered items on time and responded to emails and followed up from team calls quickly.

I really appreciated the entire team's synergy and ability to understand and even anticipate our needs. After years of failed projects with other companies, MOLO has proven time and again that they are committed to our success.

The only recommendation I have is to build a little more time to educate newbies on the different project management tools used during the project phase.

After going through The Molo's group proposal and approach to this project, we felt confident they would be able to deliver and they exceeded our expectations with a clean, fresh look and user friendly design approach.

The Molo group used a customer centric approach with easy to follow and manage process for a transparent flow throughout the project. It worked out very well and kept us internally very informed and organized along the way.

We worked closely with the leader, the digital director and the lead designer. In total, we worked with about four team members.

I am the owner of a Marketing firm that specializes in B2B web design and SEO.

Since our primary focus as a company is B2B web design, we needed someone to recommend our B2C customers to that we felt would give them the same, if not better service. I needed a web design company that had amazing design skills but also had amazing SEO skills. I found it difficult to find a company who had both of these skills.

I found The Molo Group through a mutual connection. As soon as I saw their work, there was no question that this would be the company I referred all of my B2C websites and clients to.

I had a few customers that I needed extraordinary attention and speed. I setup an introductory meeting between my customer and The Molo Group. In this meeting, The Molo group took full control of the meeting and quickly gained the trust of my customer. So much so that the customer kicked off the website on the call.

I only worked with one person, the owner of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Molo Group was not only able to get the new website completed under budget, they beat the delivery time. This was crucial to the business because of an upcoming summer campaign. This helped the customer create the much needed revenue for their summer campaign.

The Molo group is extremely organized in their scope of work and deliverables. I find this extremely refreshing since most design heavy firms lack the ability to be creative and organized. The Molo Group really has both of these skills mastered, which makes for a great customer experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to be so good at design but also be extremely technical in SEO is impressive. Also, their ability to put revenue generation for the customer first instead of just putting value in design creative aspects.

There is nothing I would change about my experience with The Molo Group. I truly believe I have found a great partner and will continue to recommend their work to my customers.
