I'm the CEO North America of Prometeon Tire Group, the company that produces and sells Pirelli branded Truck, Bus, Agro and OTR tires

For what projects/services did your company hire Tire Talent?

The US market was a start up project for us and we started working with Tire Talent on increasing our sales force with industry prfessionals

What were your goals for this project?

We started with a total of 2 sales people, that we subsequently changed and our target is to reach a total of 10 to 15 within the end of next year

How did you select this vendor?

I worked with one more company on this and unfortunatelly they were not very helpful. Our industry is quite specific and Tire Talent was reccomended to me by a collegue and with them we have been able to fill in all the positions we had open with very valuable candidates

Describe the project in detail.

Miek and his team were very helpful because his previous experience in the tire industry gave him a good access to industry professionals and he would also understand the company culture and the type of candidate we were searching for. They helped us cut down hiring times and find the right candidates.

I worked closely with Mike and Rachel on all the profiles we were searching for

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After 4 months of unsuccessful interviews with the company that i was working with before, through Tire talent we managed to fill in two positions within a month and we chose them as a strategic partner also for the future

it was very efficient, both Mike and rachel were always available so I never had any problems or delays

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What worked best for us is the experience they have in our industry and the talent pool they have access to.

I’m an HR generalist at a tire distributor company. I assist with any general inquiries for our team members and recruiting services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tire Talent?

When we first reached out to Tire Talent, it was because of a confidential role we needed help with. Because of their experience in the tire industry, we thought that they would find good candidates for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team at Tire Talent provided recruitment services, sending over resumes and checklists of what they were covering. They also scheduled applicants for interviews. We offered them the information about what we were looking for. After seeing resumes, we either selected or rejected applicants.

What is the team composition?

I worked with one recruiter, Rachel (Partner Manager, Tire Talent).

How did you come to work with Tire Talent?

One of my colleagues brought them up to me.

How much have you invested?

We had a three-week free trial if we exclusively used their services. After that period, they would’ve started charging us for their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Tire Talent in December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Because of another resource, we hired someone for the role we were trying to fill. They brought in five or six candidates that met expectations. In the future, we may contact them if we need another role filled.

How did Tire Talent perform from a project management standpoint?

Tire Talent was fast at communicating. We mainly emailed during the recruitment search.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rachel was a pleasure to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their leadership could be less assertive.

We were not very satisfied with the results from our previous recruiter. During the same time Tiretalent reached out to us and offered their services.

Tiretalent actively sources and screens candidates for our company. The quality of the candidates that they have brought forth to us is higher than the candidates from our previous recruiter. We have noticed an increase in retention and a decrease in lead times to fill open roles.

I work directly with the senior recruiter assigned to our company as well as communicate with the entire Talent Team. Tiretalent has a very personal approach.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We have noticed a great decrease in the lead time to fil positions as well as a shorter time frame from when we begin the searches to when we receive our first candidates.

The workflow is very effective. At the beginning of every project, we provide a job description, which is followed by a call from the tiretalent team in which the hiring manager is present. This ensures alignment with the recruiting company. We are kept informed of the recruitment process on a weekly basis with a custom report.

What did you find most impressive about this vendor?

The most impressive things about them are their approach and structured processes. Through their methods, they provide a short list of candidates that meet the business needs swiftly.
