What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t been tracking any metrics to determine the success of the app, and they’re still making some finishing touches.
How did Tinsa Soft perform from a project management standpoint?
During the build phase, we were in touch with them every week, sometimes two or three times a week, and they were always available to answer our questions. They completed each task on time and stuck to our initial contract.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They completed a prototype version of the app in three months, and the product has every feature that we required. Their team is very collaborative in their approach, and they’ve done a great job of balancing their recommendations with our opinions. Thanks to our frequent discussions, we were able to choose the best way forward together.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so, they’ve been great.

Make sure to provide a detailed contract at the beginning. Tinsa Soft will follow it closely.
