We are an IT company that creates custom solutions to solve business challenges. We want to work with a marketing agency to build a stronger online presence and reach more people who need our services.

Our goal is to create a clear and strong brand identity. We need help in refining how we present ourselves online and making sure our message connects with businesses looking for IT solutions.

We also want to improve our website’s performance. This includes optimizing it for search engines, speeding it up, and making it easy to use. We need expert support to ensure our website attracts the right audience.

I believe there’s always room for improvement, and Thrillax understands this well. Whenever we shared even small concerns, they took the feedback positively and acted on it promptly. Their willingness to adapt and improve amazed me, leading to better execution every time.

We’re an IT company that’s developing an app for the Saudi Arabian market.

What challenge were you trying to address with Thrillax?

We commissioned the creation of an app earlier this year. We asked our developer to find us a marketing company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Thrillax is marketing our application. They’ve created Facebook and Instagram pages, posting images regularly after receiving my approval.

What is the team composition?

I believe two people from their team work with us.

How did you come to work with Thrillax?

Thrillax was commissioned by the development provider that assured us they were a great and professional marketing company.

How much have you invested with them?

Their services are part of a package deal we made with our app developer. We’ve paid our developer $17,500 for the app.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Thrillax started in August 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very happy with their collaborative services. The imaging was excellent. When issues came up, they were immediately regretful and tried to make things right. Their team is cooperative, culturally-sensitive, hardworking, and straight to the point.

Thrillax is running our Instagram marketing page for the app. Since there were few followers initially, I contacted several social media influencers to promote the app. Our page was tagged by them, which caused our exposure and follower count to increase. We had 12 followers until I intervened and now have around 800. That was a weak point because while they are a marketing group, they were unable to get more followers.

How did Thrillax perform from a project management standpoint?

While they were unable to reach the targeted audiences, they’re managing the engagement very well. I helped them, working hand-in hand. Their team created a WhatsApp group to work on the app’s marketing with me. They’re both collaborative and adaptive. Each day, they send me an email and wait for my approval.

They’re based in India and our app is intended for people attending pilgrimages to Mecca and Medina. While their team researches and tries to learn about the market, they rely on my knowledge. Sometimes I have to correct them, but that comes with cultural differences.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was grateful for their collaborative and culturally-sensitive nature.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Apart from learning how to target our users, no. They can create excellent content, but without the follower count, it’s not enough.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Along with being easy to work with, they’re straightforward, hardworking, and honest. Because of the time difference, I contacted them frequently, but they were never negative about it. There are no tricks when working with Thrillax.

They helped with branding, creative services, and handled all the SMM. They oversee my whole social media. They’ve shown me how to target the audiences and how to take care of the online business.

It’s going extremely well. I used to work with another company, but everything is so much better with Thrillax. We’ve done three events and all of them were successful—I was promoted in the newspaper for our Valentine’s Day event. They understand exactly what I require and when I require it. They have creative ideas, and their designs are really good.

How did Thrillax perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great. They take each detail of my order at least eight-ten days in advance so that they can work on it, think about it, and deliver it. I’ve never faced an issue, and they’re committed to the deadlines. We communicate daily, and I meet them every week.

They’re very active and deliver what they promise, and it gets done when and how I want it.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Read their website. I really like it as it’s short, simple, and impressive.

Thrillax is currently handling all of our company’s digital marketing. They created a unique strategy to put my business on the map. Initially, they conducted a thorough study to determine our company’s mission, core strengths, and essential aspects to promote. 

During the second phase, they performed detailed market research and identified current search keywords to target. They spent the third phase on advising us on how to redesign our website design. The team also provided all the new content. Based on a thorough assessment, they advised me on how to enhance our business model.

Thrillax is closely involved in each and every stage of our marketing, from preparing a strategy to creating content. Handling all these tasks empowers us to improve our business.

Thrillax dedicated four people to our engagement. They scale the team up as needed.

I found them through a reference. At first, they weren’t available to help me right away because they were so busy.  After a month, they were ready to work together and approached me about starting a collaboration.
