I am the CEO of Came to Believe Recovery, Inc. We provide alcohol and drug recovery retreats and programs. We help the broken restore their lives. We use social media as one of our primary means of getting our message out to those in need

We vetted several agencies and decided they would best service us as their core culture aligns with ours.

They completely rebranded us. Everything from a new logo to a website redesign. They implemented a social media campaign and an email campaign. They also shot promotional videos that were used across all mediums.

What was the team composition?

We have an account manager who manages a team behind the scenes for tech support and creation, video production, content development for social media and big picture strategy

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a huge increase in awareness... From 600 FB followers to 12,000+ today. Our retreats are breaking attendance records in large part due to the efforts to reach newcomers. We have also increased our donations ten fold.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked seamlessly. They were, and are, available and flexible. We met in person, on zoom and by phone. Always responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their video production is off the charts as well as their graphic design and social media implementation. They are well equipped and a perfect fit for small businesses seeking to go to the next level.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have so much to offer. I think once they are able to increase staff they will be in an even better position to help more organizations like ours to get off the ground and grow
