For what projects/services did your company hire ThoughtCloud Digital?
We hired them to show us how to generate sales leads using Linkedin. we also wanted to increase our linkedin profile.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to increase our presence on linkedin and make contacts with potential clients.

How did you select this vendor?
I have known Andy Renk the owner for many years. I believe he has a real passion for this area of work and is someone I feel very comfortable working with on this level. I know they will always be there to support our efforts.
Describe the project in detail.
We did quite a bit of work leading up to the launch of the campaign. It was a very interesting process and we learned a great deal before the campaign even launched. We created materials we would send to potential contacts and clients.
What was the team composition?
I was assigned to a project manager in Andy's group who I met with at least every week to review our progress. Andy was in on every meeting as well which really helped.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
By the end of the process, I think we tripled the number of real contacts for our linkedin profile. That was a huge win. We also received some very positive feedback and I think most importantly got an inside view on how this type of campaign works and how to implement it in the future.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was very effective. I never felt left out in the cold but rather part of an energetic team that immediately was on board with our goals as a business. It was very exciting.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I think it was their patience. I am not an expert on any level. I had to ask my wife for my linkedin password just to fill this out. Andy and his team were extremely patient. I know a great deal about my business but this is all new and they were there every step of the way.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Not especially. I look forward to working with this company again.
