Met all project milestones but most importantly outlined the briefs of each section in a way that was clear so there wasn't a lot of back and forth, so expected timelines and the outcome of the milestones were met.

They were constantly available, there was no delays when I made contact, they were always on hand to have a call, the project management was extremely efficient. The communication was consistent.

They work incredibly hard, they are extremely efficient, they advise and work on the project with you, they become part of your team, not just there to deliver a service they take their time to understand your needs and what you're trying to achieve. They are patient, and a really lovely, passionate team and they delivered and outstanding project.

No they were extremely efficient and it was a long project mainly because I kept adding features, but they were always there and still are now even though the project is over.

TruKYC is an iPS app for on-device KYC using edge ML. I needed it ported to Android and Web. Work was non-trivial because all of it involved on-device ML inference and image recognition

Both Android and Web apps were measured on reliability, ML inference results (accuracy,precision,recall). And latency for ML inference

We had very clear milestones and deliverables per milestone. They delivered on all of them and had regular progress updates too.

I think at the end of the project, it would help customers if they proactively deliver a cost,timeline for potential next steps. They know the domain very well when a project finishes-using their insights, they could help customers with the next steps

Thinkwik helped us develop web and mobile apps for ios and Android for one of our clients in the sports management industry. They did a great job, had good communications and followed the timeline really well. They're fast-response and that's really helpful in a pressing-remote work situation that we were in. 

They also supported us in smaller projects like a one-week assignment on web migration, etc. They were always ready to help with whatever the requirements were. Glad to work with Thinkwik and will definitely work with them again for future projects.

We hired Thinkwik to help develop our mobile application across the Android and iOS platforms.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to develop a lightweight but robust mobile application that was extremely user-friendly in terms of navigation and functionality. Our goal was to have it developed, tested, and ready to hit the market under a year.

We sent out a brief and took in proposals from several organizations.

The project involved the development of the TNC Stories mobile application, which allows users read to five-minute stories made up of short text messages. Users read when they tap on the screen of their mobile devices.

What was the team composition?

From the onset, we were assigned a project manager as well as two team leads. We also had a project manager from our side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile application was completed and tested months ahead of schedule. We were happy with the quality of the work done as it met all our objectives and even surpassed several criteria.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team and Thinkwik was seamless. Though we operated in two different time zones, we found an easy way to communicate and sync our work to ensure results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the quality of their customer service. Their entire team was trained to engage customers the right way. Not only that, they also went above and beyond to ensure our objectives were met, sometimes working late into the night to hit deadlines.

The only thing I can think of is to ensure the level of service quality continues.

Thinkwik has helped us build scalable .NET web applications for our clients. The team works on a weekly list of tasks that we put together to augment our sprints. These tasks include various deliverables for different clients, such as CRM applications, data ingestion, event handling, migrations, and redesigns.

We started working with Thinkwik in April 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.
