Thinkscoop Team has worked with Pixis on several projects over the past few years. 

From contributing to features on the core Pixis Platform to building MVPs for our RnD initiatives, the Thinkscoop team has worked on various projects with Pixis in the last three years. 

They worked on full stack software development in MERN stack and also assisted in design and infra needs as and when required.

They delivered on the agreed time most of the times. If there were delays they were well communicated before hand with valid reason. 

We follow fortnightly sprints, so they followed our project management setup in JIRA and integrated well as a part of our inhouse team. 

The team was very approachable and amenable to any requests or needs we shared throughout all the projects

I’m the Director of SmarterView, a SaaS platform designed to help service-based businesses track job performance, uncover inefficiencies, and drive smarter operational decisions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Thinkscoop Technologies?

We engaged Thinkscoop Technologies to help us bring SmarterView’s MVP to life. Our core challenge was turning a manually run, Google Sheets-based operational tracking system into a scalable, user-friendly SaaS platform. We needed a development partner who could design and build both the front-end and back-end infrastructure, create a responsive user interface, and ensure the platform could support real-time data collection, analysis, and reporting — all within the constraints of an early-stage startup environment.

What was the scope of work?

Thinkscoop Technologies has been responsible for developing the MVP for our platform, SmarterView, from the ground up. This includes building a custom SaaS web application with job data capture, performance tracking, and analytics features for service-based businesses. The scope also includes a mobile-responsive interface for on-site staff to submit job details, and a backend dashboard for administrators to view reports and insights. In addition, Thinkscoop has developed our marketing website to support customer acquisition.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with a core team of around five people, including a project lead, front-end and back-end developers, a designer, and QA support.

How did you come to work with Thinkscoop Technologies?

We initially discovered Thinkscoop Technologies through Upwork. We selected them based on their track record with similar SaaS projects and the clear communication and professionalism shown by their CEO, Krishan.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Thinkscoop in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing as we continue to develop and refine the platform.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thinkscoop Technologies has consistently delivered functional components that align with our original brief — and in several cases, they’ve proactively suggested improvements that enhanced the user experience or platform efficiency. We’ve been able to hit key development milestones on time, which has kept our MVP timeline on track.

How did Thinkscoop Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been reliable. They’ve maintained steady momentum, delivered work in line with agreed timelines, and focused on the highest-priority features. Communication has been handled primarily through email and Zoom, with direct access to their lead developer when needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their proactive approach to product development has stood out. They don’t just execute what’s in the brief — they also bring thoughtful suggestions to the table that improve usability, performance, or future scalability.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One area for improvement is clearer communication around how progress aligns with the budget spent. A more structured approach to tracking effort against cost would help improve transparency and planning on our side.

I’m an executive of OnCall AI. We’re a HIPAA-compliant phone for physicians that generates EMR-ready notes after every call.

What challenge were you trying to address with Thinkscoop Technologies?

We needed help building our software application for doctors.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Thinkscoop Technologies has been building our software application for doctors. They’ve completed the full prototype end-to-end, including the product work, the design, and the entire engineering. The team has built a VoIP phone product that uses AI to transcribe calls and create billing codes for each transcript.

What is the team composition?

We work with four teammates from Thinkscoop Technologies.

How did you come to work with Thinkscoop Technologies?

I found Thinkscoop Technologies through an online search. The team was clearly the best of all the software firms we talked to. I compared them to over 30 firms and hired 12 different firms to complete prototypes. Thinkscoop Technologies completed a prototype that was an order of magnitude better than the competition. As a result, I hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve launched a build into the App Store within four weeks. We’ve had 40 users shortly after the launch, all of whom use the app weekly.

How did Thinkscoop Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We were building a difficult product that required many steps and had a lot of complexity. Moreover, we were working in a very different timezone and had to communicate our vision without a lot of shared time on the phone. Thinkscoop Technologies has been incredibly communicative and precise via WhatsApp. The team is clear about deadlines and works very quickly. Overall, their project management is exceptional, and they do a very good job.

Thinkscoop Technologies has elite professionalism and very direct responsiveness.
