I am the Digital & Media Manager of one of the leading global FMCG companies, responsible for North Africa, Middle East and Turkey region.

Our company was building a roadmap in 1P Data & CRM hence needed Thinkerfox expertise on infrastructure related topics.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The vendor was recommended by our media agency partner. Expertise of the company as well as agility in response were the key deciding factors.

They acted as an advisory in infrastructure related topics and acted as a consultant during discussions with company's global IT teams.

Company founder and partner - Serhat Uzuncavdar - was our key point of contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As local teams, we were 100% clear about our company's global vision and how infrastructure were built up. This clarity was crucial for us to understand and implement required next steps to achieve our 1P agenda.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. We worked through hangout calls and even had a face-to-face meeting once despite pandemic conditions. The team were really proactive and agile in terms of responding to queries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

On top of the team's technical expertise, they were excellent in providing agile responses and support. They are incredibly professional in terms of sense of business urgency. They're an example of a true partnership where they worked as a part of our team rather than an outside consultant.
