I’m the founder of Happy Furry Finds, an e-commerce company that sells pet supplies and toys online.

thinker eCommerce has handled everything from scratch to launch. The team has designed our Shopify store from scratch, including the layout and look and feel. They’ve also built a product page optimized for conversions so visitors can buy our products.
Moreover, thinker eCommerce has created all our ad creatives using our product images and walked us through how the templates work so we understand what’s going out. The team has set up our first Meta Ads campaign, including the audience, structure, and budget. They also monitor the campaign’s performance and automatically shift the budget toward what’s working.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started getting sales pretty quickly after the launch, which was the whole point. The product page that thinker eCommerce has built converts really well. We’re seeing around a 4.2% conversion rate on the product page, which is well above the typical 1–2% for e-commerce. In the first month of running ads, we did about $8,000 in revenue off roughly $2,000 in ad spend, so we got around a 4x ROAS. 
We’ve scaled since then and are consistently hitting 3–3.5x ROAS as we test new audiences. The store has gone from literally zero to over 200 orders in the first 60 days, and that’s with a premium-priced product, not cheap impulse buys.Moreover, our average order value sits around $45, which is solid for our category. 
Cart abandonment has dropped a lot after thinker eCommerce optimized the product page. We’re at about 28% now versus the 70% industry average. Our email capture rate is strong too; we’re grabbing about 12% of visitors onto our list even if they don’t buy right away. Finally, the cost per acquisition on Meta has come down from around $18 to about $11 as the campaigns learned and thinker eCommerce kept tweaking the audiences.
Overall, we’ve gone from having nothing to a fully running store with live ads, and we haven’t had to become marketing experts to get there. The team is so fast, and their software is great for us to use. Honestly, the biggest result for me is the time saved — I used to spend hours trying to figure this stuff out, and now I spend maybe 20 minutes a week reviewing what thinker eCommerce flags for me.

It’s not just people doing the work — they have an AI platform that generates creatives in seconds, monitors campaigns automatically, and gives you real insights without needing to dig through dashboards. That’s why they’re so fast; the tech does the heavy lifting.
Moreover, speed alone doesn’t matter if the results aren’t there, and thinker eCommerce has delivered. We’ve gotten real sales, strong conversion rates, and a store that actually works, not just looks pretty. Most agencies take weeks to get stuff done and charge you while you wait. thinker eCommerce has had us live and making money in a fraction of the time. That combo of proprietary tech plus actually knowing e-commerce is hard to find.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there’s not much thinker eCommerce can improve on. If I’m nitpicking, maybe they could offer more handholding early on when I’m first learning how to read the ad data. However, that’s more on me than on them. They’ve offered to walk me through everything; I just have a lot going on.
