Think Branded helped us think and talk through the inital project concept, vision and script. Then sent the crew and team to direct and film this finalized idea. They then did all post production work on editing and producing our final product of 4 videos.

We gave them our vision and goals and also stated the delieverables and they provided all of them. They ensured we were happy with the final product before finishing this project.

Yes they were extremely timely and even helped us expedite the timeline due to a deadline we had. We felt they responded quickly and efficently.

We found their quality of work, willingness to work with us on budget and vision, involvement, efficiency and timeliness all impressive.

None that I can think of. They communicated clearly, were helpful, yet gave us our voice in it, and did high quality work/produced an amazing video for us.

I'm the director of a disability arts organization that centers around performance-making, consulting, and education.

What challenge were you trying to address with Think Branded Media?

We needed help to create a branding film to launch our new organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After signing the agreement with Think Branded Media, we began the pre-planning for the film. We had planning meetings to define the video's storyline, visuals, the persons we would interview, and the locations we wanted to shoot in. Think Branded Media invited other team members to that planning meeting. Then, we did two shooting sessions, one in New York City, where I live, and the other in Texas, where I was born and raised. 

Think Branded Media created a shooting plan and brought the necessary equipment to the set. During the postproduction phase, more team members got involved. The team included access practices in the video, including audio describing captions. During this process, Think Branded Media worked with another teammate to ensure the video was accessible to blind and visually impaired individuals like myself.

I worked with Beau (Partner & Creative Director), Daniel (Producer & Partner), Tony (Managing Partner), Johny (Postproduction Supervisor), and a few more teammates. 

How did you come to work with Think Branded Media?

I found Think Branded Media through a Google search. I compared different companies, and Think Branded Media contacted me immediately to follow up with my inquiry. We had some Zoom calls to discuss what I was looking for.
How much have you invested with them?

We spent $20,000 on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Think Branded Media from January–June 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Think Branded Media delivered a better end product than I had anticipated. The video's quality was nice, and I received supportive feedback and a lot of press mentions. I launched the organization's website and branding video simultaneously, and the film boosted my organization's visibility. We published the video on our website and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Vimeo, achieving 1,700 views. 

Think Branded Media was very collaborative and worked with me regarding the video's locations.

How did Think Branded Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Think Branded Media delivered work on time. We stayed in constant communication throughout the process via Zoom and email.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Beau, Daniel, Tony, and Johny were phenomenal and superb. I loved working with them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Think Branded Media's staff were great listeners and collaborators. The team was willing to listen to and understand my desires and work collaboratively to reach that goal.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I couldn't find any room for improvement in Think Branded Media's work.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I advise trusting Think Branded Media because they know what they're doing. If you're clear about your goals, the team will deliver them.

What challenges were you trying to address with Think Branded Media?

We needed help creating three short films for a musical stage presentation for special needs students to get the project out to the public.

Think Branded Media made three two-minute-long videos, including filming and editing.

We worked with 6–8 members of Think Branded Media’s team, including Daniel (Producer & Partner).

How did you come to work with Think Branded Media?

Think Branded Media had already made a video for our school district, and when we were bringing up the idea for this project, someone from our team proposed them to us, saying that their previous work was very good. In addition, their price was something we could afford.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $12,000 with them for this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–September 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Think Branded Media's videos were absolutely fabulous. Our investment with them was well worth it because we had lots of attention and got a lot of exposure to a wider audience, winning international, national, and state awards. Overall, Think Branded Media's team was extremely professional, friendly, and easygoing. Moreover, their team handled our special needs students very well, with a lot of respect, friendship, and charm. 

In addition, Think Branded Media's work supported what we did as an organization and became an advocate for our project, making this a successful partnership.

How did Think Branded Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Think Branded Media's team delivered on time, stayed within budget, and was highly professional. The team also had humor and ease, making everybody feel comfortable and giving us a sense of latitude to change and add things. Overall, they were totally gracious and a wonderful group to work with.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review? 

Daniel was at the forefront all the time; he was a wonderful guy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can't say enough about them. If I were to do this again, Think Branded Media is the company I'd definitely go to.

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on.

You need to be fully prepared and have everything at your disposal so you're ready to go when they roll their equipment in. You want to be as professional as Think Branded Media, so as not to waste any time.

We wanted an informative video about who we are and what we do. Beau and Daniel came in and gave us much more than we asked for. Our video has interviews with our partners, customer testimonials, clips showing how we make the hats, and music from one of our customers played throughout.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This video has opened doors for us, not only with new customers, but with vendors as well. It has given us credibility and set us apart from our competition. I had an issue with the product from one of our suppliers. They were claiming I was at fault and that I didn't know what I was doing. They suggested that they drop me as a customer. 

After informative correspondence and showing them the video, they did a complete 180. The owner stopped production at his factory and had all 200 of his employees watch the video and said "THIS is who we make our product for." Now they are always seeking my input on manufacturing.

The whole shoot took 3 days and the editing took about 4 months. They kept me up to date and showed me clips throughout. They made sure that I was part of the process and that I had the final say.

What I found most impressive is how just a couple of people could make such a high quality video. From direction, to visual, to audio, and editing, the video looks like a major production.

Overall, they've done a really good job, especially in capturing the right clips. The editing process can be a little tricky and could use a 30m meeting in between.
