The UI must be friendly and simple on mobile phones and must have a leader board gamification aspect. Payment must be integrated on the app itself and all this should be launched and tested. The project also had a admin backend for vendors that was integrated to the mobile app processes.

They were eager to learn, correct their mistakes and were always trying to impress and deliver a quality version. They went above and beyond in desiging a new logo for our MVP even when that was not in the original agreement. They valued the quality of the work they were trying to deliver. Everyone communicated on time and with great respect.
If looking for a budget app development and deployment provider, while being hands off to focus on other things, they are the best. They do quality service on a budget and are very professional about it. I have recommended them to few other startup founders
Are there any areas for improvement or something Tezeract could have done differently?
Frequent switching of team members should be reduced. I think thats because they were a small team and had to keep switching senior members to critical areas of new projects, but still I think that should be reduced. Client should be able to work with same team members.

I’m the CEO of a sports AI platform company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tezeract?
We needed a development team to execute our sports AI platform concept; we wanted a team that could take high-level direction from us while developing the product.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tezeract has worked on taking my high-level concept to full implementation. We’ve done several iterations and reviews along the way. Our team does the UI definition, while their team handles the implementation. The project involves an app, a UI design, and some video AI functionality. The product is a mobile app with a cloud-based platform available for Android and iOS devices. It’s built on AWS, and we’ve used various programming languages to build it, such as React Native. For the database, we use MongoDB, among others.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 5–7 people, including developers and graphic designers.
How did you come to work with Tezeract?
We found Tezeract on Upwork. Initially, we gave them small test projects to see how our engagement would go. Our team liked what we saw, so we continued to expand the relationship.
How much have you invested with them?
Our investment is close to $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement started in May 2021, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, our app is responsive and its features are working properly. We haven’t implemented our full-feature set yet, and we’re continuing to gather feedback from end users. These users have been happy with our product; they get value out of it.
This shows that our solution and platform are good, and the app quality is sufficient. We’ve experienced issues along the way — we’ve had buggy releases — but we’ve only had to send reports to solve such issues.
How did Tezeract perform from a project management standpoint?
Tezeract’s project management is great. We’ve had some ups, downs, and delays, but they deliver on time. Our main communication channel is Slack. We also have different channels and rooms where we can talk about issues and document them. Moreover, the Tezeract team has a bug-tracking tool that looks like an agile dashboard.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their willingness to take any problem, break it down, and get through it is impressive. They communicate well with me, and we’ve built up trust over the past year.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They’re small, so they need to scale up over time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Document and specify clearly what Tezeract needs to do. This will lead to better results.
