we were told that Brad or his team would support us and they did not.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website turned out very good initiall but the updates to maintain it was a rip off. They would charge us so much money for a simple fix to the website. (for example: removing and adding employees to our team page...we paid them $700 or more for that).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Not very effective. Test Monki would get defensive if we did not like what they did. They even made a video for us and he would not give me the proper files in order for me to edit the video on my own (we hired them to create an initial video and then we wanted it to where we could edit the video ourselves and when it came time to edit, Brad was not organized with the files in the video). They had very poor customer service & unprofessional people to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing to be impressed by.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes. Not to argue with their customers, when asked for something by a customer they make it sound like an inconvenience to them.

I am the owner of Test Monki and it saddens me to read this. The owner of KDW (Keith) and I have known each other for 25 years. I never met Chelsea--I never worked with Chelsea. She was a marketing person who came in at the end of our retainer with KDW. It appears she didn't like the terms for web updates that we had negotiated with Keith, but that's not her decision. 

Her "simple fixes" were photoshopping 10-20 photos, so yes, that takes time and costs money. A marketing manager should know this. Again, she never came to me with any concerns. She bashed us on Google and Keith made her take down that review. She left the company before he could make her take down this review.
