Tessier Associates

Tessier was created in 1985 as a development service company to plan, develop, lease, sell and manage commercial investments in Western North Carolina. In its first years of business, Tessier became very involved in the redevelopment of downtown Asheville, an area that experienced $200 million in reinvestment over a five-year period. Tessier participated in the development of a number of downtown properties, later taking lessons learned to other cities in the southeast.
