Nyble (Fincentify inc.) helps credit-invisible Canadians protect themselves financially from identity theft, overdraft fees and high interest loans.

For what projects/services did your company hire Terfuu, and what were your goals?

We hired Terfuu to create UGC videos for our Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok ads.

Terfuu's expertise in UGC-based ads and Tiktok platform was simply unrivalled.

First, Terfuu's team took time to understand our products and our businesses. They understood our mission and our vision to help credit-invisible Canadians borrow, save and protect themselves. This is followed by a collaborative process in which they proposed a few content ideas and concepts from which we refined furthers. Finally, we entrusted Terfuu to find the UGC creators and to execute on the concepts. Each month they provided us with 3 creators and 4 concepts each for 12 videos with variations per month.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with pretty much everyone on the team from Terfuu. We used Slack Connect to keep communication efficient and visible to the entire team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are extremely happy with the results, we were able to keep our CAC cost low and run effective ads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had monthly sync meetings and alot of the coordination was done asynchronously through the use of collaborative tools such as Google Docs.
