"They carefully planned the environment's development throughout the course of the work after they learned about our needs and consulted with us. Because we wanted to test on a variety of virtual machine sizes, they developed the platform directly in the cloud environment. We received a highly flexible environment that was scalable for a range of jobs. 
We didn't need to invest in hardware for software development and verification, reducing the risk of selecting incorrect hardware for research and development environments. In creating the infrastructure, they used IaaC, which offered us to build multiple virtual environments in a short time, which allowed us to operate on different configurations simultaneously."

From our end it was fairly straight forward. We didn't need to get to involved in the details since our developers had worked with Tenesys before our project. Between the two teams they sorted out what was needed, got it greenlit from us and went on with the setup.

It was a while back but as far as I can remember mainly one account manager/project manager. I'm sure others were involved but in direct contact with the devs rather than going through us.

Since project start we've maintained almost 100% up-time and those issues that has come up was mostly managed almost before we or our clients using the platform even noticed there was an issue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nothing short of excellent. Mainly using Slack for our direct communication with Tenesys but being able to delegate discussions regarding details or best practices to our development partner has really made everything run very smooth.

There has not been one incident of miscommunication regarding the technical solution and as far as anyone noticed, no real issues. They are course experts in their area and also extremely service-minded and helpful.
