Please describe your company and your position there.

Timedix offers selected original male and female watches from well-known brand's collections on as low as possible prices. My position is CEO of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tendrik?

For the online shop for discounted branded watches Timedix (timedix.com) to provide brand identity, build a new online shop and currently doing social media, online advertising, content marketing, SEO and email marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

Launch new online store as soon as possible. Build the whole marketing department with constant marketing campaigns and SEO optimization.

They designed and created brand new online store for the company. They created marketing strategy and started with the execution. They created new brand identity from scratch. They created social media platforms which later developed.

What was the team composition?

In the beginning the had fewer people but working very closely together. Later they hired more and at our disposal were everyone at the company. They all had a manager which was leading the project at all times, so he made sure all processes were going smoothly.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We had major boost in sales and still continue to do so.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was impressive to our standards and never had any issues with IT support or marketing campaigns. They were very diligent and on spot for every minimal details.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Most impressive part were dealing with our IT issues and doing changed for very limited amount of time. They were flexible which was very important for our business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are very happy with their way of working. I could only suggest to continue to do so in their professional manner which is of utmost importance to every company.
