Techtegy was responsible for building a mobile application that would meet our business needs and allow our customers to reach out to us and place their orders via our mobile application. Bringing this to life required in-depth market and competitor research, creating a strategic development plan, planning the UI/UX, developing the application’s code, and testing it to ensure functionality and usability.

Key deliverables included a fully-functional and user-friendly mobile application that could perform during peak hours, provide an innovative user experience and ensure a quick and easy checkout process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes from the project included a significant increase in customer engagement and custom satisfaction received in the form of feedback, as well as positive experience ratings from our customers regarding the ease of use, functionality, and feature of the mobile application.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered items on time, and their project managers were able to pay attention to detail. They considered our feedback highly imperative; hence, they incorporated feedback as soon as it was delivered. In addition, timely delivery and completion of tasks were ensured by their senior management. The leadership at Techtegy was involved from the start till the delivery of the project, and it was a great experience to work with some of the best minds in the industry.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed by Techtegy’s ability to understand our business objectives and convert those needs into a mobile application that surpassed conventional experiences and helped us invent a novel way of competing with our competitors. Their expertise in user research, design, and development was amazing, and these are their core differentiators.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techtegy could have done differently?

While we were highly satisfied with the project's outcome, we were pleased with their work ethic and would highly recommend them to other businesses looking to develop high-quality custom mobile applications. Although it took a while for their design team to create personalized UX, the end product was amazing, and that’s what matters.
