We had several microservice, some of them was upgraded, some of them written from scratch. We got a great service with top talent in the entire flow:

• Planning: breaking down into manageable tasks
• developing: including management of the DB. we have a few DB's in DynamoDB, Mongo and Postgress. Always delivering on time.
• Testing: writing test cases and integrating them into our github actions CI
• Deploying: deploy the services into GCP. we use cloud functions and containers on cloudrun. We got a CI/CD on some services and it works perfectly.

What challenge were you trying to address with TechStaunch Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

We engaged TechStaunch to build our web and mobile applications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The TechStaunch team has custom-built our web and mobile applications from scratch. First, we provided them with a full business requirements document that outlined our specifications. We’d designed many of the wireframes before engaging them, so we granted them access to those, and they began building the application. 

TechStaunch has worked on building various features in the application, including a booking tool and messaging tool. They’ve also set up security measures to verify users’ identities and integrated the application with Stripe, which enables us to host payments. They also worked on a Zoom integration, but since Zoom has changed its procedures, TechStaunch has identified a workaround to provide users with another video conferencing solution.  

Our fully automated application works for two types of users: the talent user and the customer user. We allow talent users to register on our platform and create experiences based on their services. Talent users can include their availability, pricing, images, and videos within their experience offering. Once they’ve set up an experience, customers can access and book their services through a digital shop window.

We’ve worked with four team members, including a head developer.

We found TechStaunch through a referral from a friend; we met with several service providers before moving forward with them. They were the most proactive and had the most modern technology. Furthermore, they understood our goals from the onset, which made us feel good about working together. During our preliminary discussions, they offered strong suggestions to upgrade our project, and it was clear they knew what they were doing. We identified with their company culture and fluid communication style, so we decided to move forward.

We’ve worked with TechStaunch since October 2021 and soft-launched the app in May 2022; the partnership is ongoing.

TechStaunch has quickly grasped our concept and made significant contributions along the way, over and above just building the platform. The best success metric I can share is the platform itself, which functions exactly as requested, if not better. TechStaunch has helped us take our business to the next level, and we’re really proud of the application.

TechStaunch has dedicated a small yet efficient team of experts to our project; they’ve consistently met deadlines, implemented feedback, and delivered everything we asked. We decided to add several more functions to the project scope halfway through, which has resulted in delays. However, TechStaunch has supported our determination to create the best possible platform and has happily taken on the extra work to accommodate our needs. They've communicated openly via Slack, Jira, and WhatsApp, and we’ve been pleased by their responsiveness. The team has taken ad-hoc calls and consistently responded to our messages within the same hour, no matter the time.

TechStaunch has facilitated healthy discussions regarding different project aspects and shared valuable feedback; we’ve enjoyed welcoming them into our project. I am the managing director of Lithodat Pty Ltd, an Australian provider for cloud-hosted spatial geoscience data. We provide the mining and hydrocarbon industry with structured, high quality exploration datasets, but we also assist academic and government institutions in building custom geoscience data platforms. Lithodat also has a dedicated data harvesting team, that assists our clients in gathering, cleaning, structuring and preparing huge data sets for a given area of interest.

We needed additional professional help with our React user interface as our underlying data models are very sophisticated and we we needed very good developer with a good understanding of React and its libraries to assist us with this task.

We were looking for a few weeks until we found Riddhi Parekh, the founder of TechStaunch via Upworks and she fulfilled perfectly all our requirements. Looking at her and TechStaunch's previous work we were sure that they could help us solve our problems.

After onboarding TechStaunch developers we started working in 2 week sprints tackling various React tasks per sprint. After each delivery all work has been tested successfully and the Jira issues could be closed. We are still working with TechStaunch as we appreciate their very professional working habits and quality of work they deliver.

Our main contact and software engineer is Riddhi, who is also the founder and director of TechStaunch. A very talented young women and it is a pleasure working together with her.

Thanks to the additional React developments we are now able to deliver our new data models to our clients 50% faster than we were bale to do before we started working with TechStaunch.

We are very impressed with their professional project management and timely and high-quality delivery per sprint. We handle each task via our Jira backlog and dashboard and most communication, comments and updates are done via Atlassian's Jira.

We love that all our inquiries and requests are being taken care of so fast and in such a professional manner. We were able to impress even our current clients with how fast we can now deliver.

We had some initial difficulties to set-up a working payment pipeline but that has now been solved.

We needed a quick turnaround of keys to be added to Lokalise.com so that our internal team could make the application available in several languages. There were implementation tasks on TechStaunch Solutions' side, as well as on our side to make everything work seamlessly, which isn't always easy to do. Luckily for us, everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with the outcome.

We had worked with Riddhi's team before so it was an easy decision, as there is always great quality and communication to be expected.

It was a localization project for a react app, while our software engineers worked on shipping new features, TechStaunch Solutions integrated Lokalise and kept adding new keys as they came available in our GitHub repository. This allowed us to then take over, handle translations and integrating everything into our language selection/loading system.

We worked with Riddhi directly, she's always excellent and I would not handle these types of tasks with someone else. It is the only part of our development process that we handle externally, and that is because of how efficient Riddhi is.
